JAN. 25 (SAT) HONOLULU
Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via Japan Airlines flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight. FREE DRINKS and MOVIES.

JAN. 26 (SUN) YOKOHAMA YOKOHAMA BAY SHERATON HOTEL & TOWERS
Arrive at Narita Airport and after government entry formalities, go directly to the hotel in Yokohama, 2nd largest city in Japan. Hotel is located within easy walking distance to department store, big electronics store, 100-yen shop and underground shopping mall. After hotel check in, Free time to enjoy shopping, meet relatives, friends, or just rest. Tour guide will take you to “Holo Holo” around the hotel.

JAN. 27 (MON) GOTEMBA GOTEMBA KOGEN HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Visit Yokohama Wholesale Market to enjoy shopping of Japanese traditional food items such as Tsukemono pickles, Umeboshi etc., at a wholesale price. Then head to Izu Peninsula famed as "One of Japan’s most representative resort areas". Atami is a picturesque seaside town famous for its early blooming plum (Ume) and cherry (Sakura) blossoms. Visit Atami Baien garden where famous Ume flower Festival will be held this time of season. It is the site of 472 Ume (plum) trees of 60 species including over 100-year-old ancient tree. If timing is right, you will see picturesque sceneries with pink, white, red and crimson Ume flowers which is said to be "The Best in Japan". Later enjoy tasting regional specialty in season “Strawberry Picking”. Try sweet and fresh strawberry as much as you like! Then enjoy riding Jukkoku Pass Cable Car. At the summit, you can see complete 360 degrees panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay etc., on clear day. Then proceed to Gotemba that boasts beautiful Mt. Fuji views on clear day. Hotel is located at the Gotemba highlands resort complex. In the evening you can enjoy spectacular Winter Illumination Festival featuring 5.2 million lights in a 1,500 feet long tunnel. Experience the fascinating display of lights that can be enjoyed only in winter. Good chance to try the Onsen Hot Spring Bath.

JAN. 28 (TUE) IMAIHAMA IZU-IMAIHAMA TOKYU HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Head to Numazu, blessed by a mild climate, majestic views of Mt, Fuji and a variety of seafood from Suruga bay. Enjoy shopping at Port Area, which carries many kinds of dried seafood etc. Also visit Mishima Taisha Shrine, the first and most important shrine in Izu and once was the "Grand Guardian of Japan". Later enjoy popular seasonal attraction in Izu. "Mikan (Tangerine) Picking". Taste sweet and juicy Mikan tangerine in season. Later driving through Mt. Amagi and Loop Bridge. This 147 feet high double loop bridge is landmark in this area. Then go to Inatori to see its beautiful Hanging Hina Doll Festival. From ancient times, the people of this area put up a pair of ornaments decorated with many kinds of dolls on both sides of the tiered stand for dolls during the Girl’s Day Festival (Hinamatsuri), with a wish for their children’s happiness. This night accommodation is a luxurious hot-spring resort hotel with a panoramic view of Sagami Bay. Soak and relax in Onsen Hot Spring Bath and Open Air Rotenburo Bath.

JAN. 29 (WED) YOKOHAMA YOKOHAMA BAY SHERATON HOTEL & TOWERS
Go to Tsumekisaki Cape to visit its Narcissus Festival. The entire cape will be filled with 3 million Narcissuses blooming with their sweet fragrance (If timing is right). Then proceed to historic port town “Shimoda” and catch Express train ‘Super View Odoriko” which you can enjoy scenic view of the coast line. Upon arrival at Atami station enjoy shopping and lunch at shopping arcade in front of the station. Many shops are gathered for a very unique Japanese shopping experience. Then transfer by bus to visit Japan’s Earliest Sakura Festival. Take a stroll along the banks of river lined with a number of earliest blooming Atami Sakura trees. Then go back to Yokohama. After hotel arrival, enjoy shopping or just rest.

JAN. 30 (THU) NAHA HOTEL ROYAL ORION
Catch domestic flight from Haneda to Naha, the capital and largest city of Okinawa. After arrival visit the world heritage site, Shuri Castle with its Shurei-no Mon Gate which familiar symbol of the unique history and culture of Okinawa is. The Castle was originally built in late 1300’s with a unique appearance different from Japan's traditional castle. It have been known as a masterpiece of Ryukyu architectures and has become a most important historical site in Naha. Then go to the hotel located along Kokusai street, main shopping and entertainment strip in Naha city. Enjoy Holo Holo after hotel check in.

JAN. 31 (FRI) NAHA HOTEL ROYAL ORION
It’s all day tour of Southern Okinawa main island. Visit Okinawa World, a big theme park focuses on traditional Okinawan culture. You can experience almost all the important aspects of Okinawa culture in the park. Main attraction is Gyokusendo Limestone Cave, an extensive natural limestone cave which is Japan’s 2nd longest. Enjoy walking along spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. Also you can visit nice replica of traditional Ryukyu village with traditional Okinawan style houses which were built over 100 years ago. We will get a chance to see exciting Eisa (traditional Okinawan drum dance) show. Okinawa’s traditional performing arts with the sound of the drums will captivate you. Then visit Okinawa Senseki Quasi National Park (old World War II battlefield). There are 67 monuments within the park, including Himeyuri Monument (for high school girls), Reimei Monument (for General Ushijima with his assistants) at Mabuni Hill etc. After going back to the hotel, tour guide will take you to Makishi public market, called “Okinawa’s kitchen” Enjoy strolling around lively market, known as one of the most fascinating market in Japan.

FEB. 01 (SAT) ISHIGAKI ISLAND ISHIGAKI SEA SIDE HOTEL
Catch domestic flight to Ishigaki Island, an idyllic neighbor island often called "Natural Wonderland in Japan". Upon arrival ride a boat (10 minutes) to Taketomi Island, a lovely island where old Traditional Village landscape and lifestyle are preserved for centuries. We will ride on Suigyusha (Buffalo Taxi) which is a carriage, pulled by Water buffalo. You will enjoy peaceful atmosphere of the island consist of white sand roads, distinctive rows of traditional red-roofed houses, etc. Later visit Star sand beach. Taketomi is one of only two islands in Japan that accumulate this “Star shape sand” formed from the shells of tiny crustaceans. Try your luck at finding your own “Star sand”. Our hotel is located in front of white sand beach. Enjoy walking on the beach and relaxing at the beautiful resort hotel in neighbor island of Okinawa.

FEB. 02 (SUN) ISHIGAKI ISLAND ISHIGAKI SEA SIDE HOTEL
Ride a ferry (40 minutes) to Iriomote Island, the southernmost National Park in Japan and nearly 90 percent of the island is covered by dense jungle and Mangrove forests thus called “Galapagos in Orient” Have fun Jungle Boat Cruise to explore through the lush rainforest which is the only pristine wilderness of its kind in the world. And go across Yubu Island riding on yet slightly antiquated looking Water Buffalo Cart. This paradisiacal island is separated from Iriomote and the Water Buffalo pulls cart through shallow ocean. It is making for a fun experience and interesting story to tell. Then go back to Ishigaki Island and visit Minsaori Textile Museum. Minsa-ori is a traditional Okinawan handmade textile. Rimi Natsukawa, a female singer of “Nada soso” was born in this island. Her costumes are exhibited here.

FEB. 03 (MON) NAHA HOTEL ROYAL ORION
In the morning visit Kabira Bay considered to be "One of the most beautiful beaches in Japan" thus awarded the maximum of 3 stars sightseeing spot in Japan by French travel guidebook. Enjoy stunning scenery of lovely emerald blue water with a perfect yellow-white beach. It is praised as the most photographed sightseeing spot on the island. Then go to Ishigaki airport to catch a domestic flight to go back to Naha. In the evening enjoy Traditional Okinawa style dinner while viewing Okinawan Dance show at Yotsutake restaurant in downtown Kokusai Avenue. Traditional Okinawan style dances are designated as National Important Intangible Cultural Asset.

FEB. 04 (TUE) MOTOBU HOTEL ORION MOTOBU RESORT (ONSEN) ♨
Visit World heritage site Tamaudun Royal mausoleum. The huge, impressive stone building were built in 1501 during the golden age of the Ryukyu Kingdom. Then enjoy Orion Beer Factory tour. Okinawa’s major beer company founded in 1957 during the American Occupation. See the process of making beer and tasting freshly brewed Okinawan beer made with Okinawan spring water. Later visit highlight of Northern Okinawa Main Island, “Nakijin Gusuku” a castle ruin of Ryukyu kingdom, and known for its Sakura (Cherry Blossom) festival. Annually cherry blooms around this season. Enjoy seeing earliest blooming dark pink Cherry Blossoms (depending on climate) in ancient castle ruins of the 13th – 15th centuries. (World Heritage Site). We will stay at deluxe resort hotel right across from the Emerald beach. Enjoy Okinawan resort experience with great view of Emerald Green ocean and symbolic Ie Island that can be seen at the horizon.

FEB. 05 (WED) NAHA HOTEL ROYAL ORION
Visit world-famous Churaumi Aquarium, widely considered "Japan’s Best Aquarium". The highlight of the Aquarium is one of the world’s largest water tanks containing a wide variety of species, the most striking of which are the giant WHALE SHARKS and MANTAS. It’s astounding how massive they are. And there is an underwater tunnel that makes you feel like you are in the ocean with the fishes. Enjoy amazing aquarium experience! Before going back to Naha, enjoy lunch and shopping at AEON shopping center. Upon arrival at hotel, FREE TIME for shopping, packing etc. (Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense)

FEB. 06 (THU) HONOLULU {ONLY BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THIS DAY}
At checkout time, our agents will come around to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. Proceed to Naha Airport by bus to catch domestic flight to Kansai or Chubu Int’l airport. Then catch a flight in the evening to Honolulu. Arrive in Honolulu the same morning on Feb. 06 (Thursday) after clearing U.S. Customs proceed home. (Lunch & Dinner will be at your own expense). Clients remaining back will be assisted in obtaining train, plane and hotel reservations. Members may return to Honolulu individually, but no later than 3 months from day of departure.
