2021 Tour Deposit Policy

Tour Deposit Policy will change to $200.00 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable per person in 2021.

As for the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Our policies change will take affect starting with our tours in 2021. At anytime if Tohoku Travel or Yokohama Travel cancels a tour(s), customers will be given back their deposit and be offered to transfer their deposit to a different tour. If for any reason the customer decides to cancel from any tour(s) the paid deposit will not be refunded and non-transferable.

If a customer(s) places a deposit on a tour(s) and that tour(s) was canceled by Tohoku Travel Service Inc. or Yokohama Travel Inc. customer(s) will be given a refund of paid tour(s)deposit(s). If customer(s) decides to cancels at anytime will forfeit deposit(s). For cancellation due to health or family emergencies deposit will be refunded with proper documentation. Customer’s have the option to purchase their own Travel Insurance if they wish. Tohoku Travel Service Inc. can assist customer(s) with the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Tohoku Travel Guides are subject to change at anytime.
Tohoku Travel Tours are based on what tour the customers are interested in and the availability of each tour. As this will give all our customers, an equal opportunity to sign up for any tour(s) by tour attractions.
