MARCH 30 (TUE) HONOLULU

Leave from Honolulu Int’l Airport via JAPAN AIRLINES flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight. FREE MOVIES and DRINKS.

MARCH 31 (WED) OSAKA/KOBE KOBE BAY SHERATON HOTEL & TOWERS

Arrive at Kansai Int’l Airport (Osaka) and after clearing government formalities, by bus to our hotel in Kobe.
After hotel check in, you will have Free Time to meet your relatives, friends, or just rest. Hotel is located close to the shopping area.

APRIL 1 (THUR) HIROSHIMA RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL HIROSHIMA


Catch the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Shin Kobe Station to Hiroshima. After arrival, by bus to Iwakuni to see Kintai Bridge (Brocaded Bridge), a wooden arched bridge called “One of the Three Best Bridges in Japan”. (If the timing is right), Cherry Blossoms are in bloom along the banks of the bridge. Visit beautiful and sacred Miyajima Island and the colorful Itsukushima Shrine. It is a “World Heritage Site” and “One of Japan’s Scenic Trio”. After hotel check in, enjoy shopping, meeting your relatives or just rest.

APRIL 2 (FRI) OKAYAMA HOTEL GRANVIA OKAYAMA

In the morning, visit the Peace Park and Peace Memorial Museum. The most important museum in Hiroshima, relating the detail and history of the First Atomic Bomb dropped on a city. Visit “One of the Three Best Landscaped Gardens in Japan”, Korakuen Park. It is a representative “Daimyo Garden of the Edo Period” (1600-1868). Our hotel is located next to Okayama Station and Underground Shopping Mall. .

APRIL 3 (SAT) TOKUSHIMA HOTEL CLEMENT TOKUSHIMA

Proceed by bus via the Seto Ohashi Bridges (6 miles long), joining Honshu (Main Island of Japan) and Shikoku Island, while viewing the magnificent scenery. Stop at Fisherman’s Warf for shopping. Next proceed to visit Ritsurin Park, skillfully laid out to harmonize with the magnificent pine trees. Each step you take reveals a new view of the different tasteful aspect of the exquisitely arranged garden. Then go to see the famous “Awa Odori Show”, a Local Traditional Dance of Tokushima known nationwide, at the “privately owned” Awa Odori Theater in Tokushima City. Later proceed to our hotel located close to Tokushima Station and Sogo Department Store.

APRIL 4 (SUN) KYOTO KYOTO SHIN HANKYU HOTEL

Visit the Deko-Ningyo Museum (Japanese Puppet Museum), to see its mechanism and the process of making the Jyoruri Puppets, dating back 300 years. Then, proceed to Kyoto which used to be the Capital City of Japan in the Heian Period. Visit “One of the Symbols of Kyoto”, Kinkakuji Temple, known as the Golden Pavilion. Yoshimitsu, the Third Ashikaga Shogun, constructed it in 1398 but the original building burned in 1950 and rebuilt in 1955. Our hotel is located right in front of Kyoto Station with its Underground Shopping Mall.

APRIL 5 (MON) KYOTO KYOTO SHIN HANKYU HOTEL

All Day, Kyoto City Tour. In the morning visit the Higashi-Honganji Temple, with its main hall that is Kyoto’s “Largest Wooden Structure”. Next visit the colorful Heian Shrine with its famous “Shidare Sakura” (Hanging Cherry Trees) located in its beautiful Japanese Garden. Then enjoy shopping and have lunch at the Kyoto Handicraft Center. After lunch go to enjoy seeing the beautiful Miyako Odori Dance Show, held in the Ancient Entertainment District of Gion. The festival exhibits the fine traditional song and dance skills of Maiko (Trainee Geisha) and Geiko (Young Geisha). Enjoy the beauty of spectacular dances and singing, with vibrantly colored Kimono Costumes with Japan’s most highly trained performers.

APRIL 6 (TUE) NAGOYA NAGOYA SAKAE TOKYU INN

Proceed to Yokaichi City to visit the Giant Kite Museum, exhibiting the giant kite previously used in one of Japan’s major giant kite festivals. Later proceed to Nagoya via the expressway. Visit Nagoya Castle, a symbol of Nagoya, and surrounded by Cherry Trees.
We will see Cherry Blossoms around the castle grounds “if the timing is right”. The interior of the castle is a modern museum displaying the castle’s history. After hotel check in, good chance to go to the 100 Yen Shop and Local Department Stores near the hotel.

APRIL 7 (WED) LAKE HAMANA HOTEL HARVEST CLUB HAMANAKO (ONSEN) ♨

Visit the Toyota Automobile Factory to see the process of assembling Toyota Cars. Later go to the Haccho Miso Factory to see the process of making Miso. Then make a stop at Laguna Gamagori to shop for local specialties such as dried seafood and the popular Shrimp Chips, etc. Finally proceed to our hotel. Soak and Relax in the Big Hot Spring Bath and Open Air Jacuzzi Bath. ** {There is a possibility that the Toyota Factory will be unavailable with their plant tour service due to economic reasons}.

APRIL 8 (THU) LAKE KAWAGUCHI HOTEL REGINA KAWAGUCHIKO (ONSEN) ♨

In the morning, go to “Enjoy Strawberry-Picking” and “Get a taste of the Fresh Japanese Strawberries”. Later go to Kakegawa Kacho-en with its “fabulous flowers and lovely birds, etc”. You will be able to enjoy feeding the birds in the cage. Then head to our hotel in Lake Kawaguchi and located at the foot of Mt. Fuji. All the picture windows of this hotel face Mt. Fuji! Soak and Relax in the “HOTSPRING BATH” and “Enjoy a Japanese Kaiseki Dinner” “Wearing Yukata and Slippers” (If You Wish).

APRIL 9 (FRI) IKEBUKURO, TOKYO HOTEL METROPOLITAN

Proceed to Fuji-Yoshida City to drive up the Fuji Subaru Line to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji (Weather Permitting), overlooking the Japan Alps. Later proceed to our hotel in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and within easy walking distance to the Ikebukuro Shopping District.

APRIL 10 (SAT) IKEBUKURO, TOKYO HOTEL METROPOLITAN

All Day, Tokyo City Tour. By bus to see the Niju Bashi Bridge located in the Imperial Palace Outer Garden. Then, go to Asakusa, one of the most popular tourist spots in Tokyo. Visit Senso-ji Temple, Kaminari Gate and the Asakusa Nakamise Shopping Street, lined with many shops with a lively atmosphere. After lunch, take a pleasurable 40 minutes Boat-cruise on the Sumida River. Then proceed by bus back to the hotel in Ikebukuro. TOUR/MEALS ENDS UPON ARRIVAL AT HOTEL METROPOLITAN. Free Time to finish shopping, packing etc. Your rooms are paid for but meals (DINNER ONLY) will be at your own expense to let you eat your favorite foods before returning home. We will give everyone a carton box for packing his or her gifts. (2 Pieces Per Person Baggage Allowance. The member will pay for any excess).

APRIL 11(SUN) HONOLULU (ONLY BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THIS DAY)


At checkout time our agents will come around to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. In the afternoon, proceed to Narita Int’l Airport to catch a Japan Airlines flight in the evening to Honolulu, arriving the same morning. APRIL 11, 2010 (SUNDAY). TOUR CONDITIONS

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Airfare is based on VALUE FARE.

Minimum stay is 3-Days and maximum stay is 3 Months. $225.00 Cancellation Fee.

INCLUDES: All transportation included in the itinerary, all hotel accommodations, meals and all sightseeing listed, all transfer of passenger and baggage, souvenir picture and tour tax. Roundtrip air transportation by Economy Jet.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Individual expenses after termination of tour as stated in itinerary. Also, wine, liquor, mineral water, laundry and other items of personal nature, cost of obtaining passport and visa or other necessary documents.

BAGGAGE: Limited to (2) pieces and (1) hand-carry.

RESPONSIBILITY: The tour organizer or any travel agencies involved, act only as agents for the passengers in regards to travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services. The organizer/agency will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, however, occasioned, sustained, or suffered in or during any journey, trip, or tour, or in carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through it.

If the agency becomes aware that a passenger has a special chronic health problem, the agency shall ensure that it is provided with a letter from the passenger’s personal physician stating the nature of such health problem and certifying that the passenger is physically fit to participate in the tour. Also, in our endeavor to ensure congenial membership, we reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone and / or to expel from the tour, members whose conduct is incompatible with the interests of the tour. Further, we reserve the right to refuse the application of any handicapped passenger if it is determined that such passenger would impede the schedule of the tour and greatly inconvenience the majority of tour members. However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.

Baggage’s are at owner’s own risk. The right is reserved to make any necessary changes in tour if deemed advisable. Also, the airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers concerned. The airline ticket and passage contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of the tour and/or passenger. TRAVEL ETIQUETTE: No one likes to be known as the last to arrive. When traveling in a group it is very important that everyone be punctual. Please remember, also, NO SMOKING AND TO ROTATE SEATS ON BUSES. Everyone likes to sit by the window and front seats.

FOOD REQUEST: If you cannot eat certain foods, please do not forget to turn in your request form, 1 week before departure or earlier, so we may try to comply with your request.

The COST OF TOUR includes ground tour and airfare. The ground tour is based on ¥100 Yens to a U.S. DOLLAR RATE. In case of any re-valuation, the price shall be adjusted accordingly at time of payment. See Yen Chart. IF YOUR FLIGHT LEAVES EARLIER THAN THE TOUR GROUP, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN WAY TO THE AIRPORT. THE TOUR AIRFARE PORTION WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOUR PACKAGE COST. THANK YOU!
