JUNE 09 (WED) HONOLULU

Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via Japan Airlines flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight. FREE MOVIES and DRINKS.

JUNE 10 (THU) OSAKA SHERATON MIYAKO HOTEL OSAKA

Arrive at Kansai Int’l Airport and after entry formalities, by bus to the hotel in Osaka, the Central City of Western Japan. Our hotel is located next to Uehonmachi Station and its big department store. After hotel check-in, FREE TIME.

JUNE 11 (FRI) KYOTO KYOTO NEW MIYAKO HOTEL

Pass by Osaka Castle, the symbol of Osaka, on the way to Kaiyukan Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world. The main attraction is the Pacific Ocean Tank containing the huge “whale shark,” the largest fish in the world. There are 30,000 living creatures, representing 580 species. After lunch, visit Panasonic Center Osaka (Electric Museum). Panasonic is one of the leading home appliances manufacturers in the world. Museum features the latest products and technologies including cameras, TV screens, home appliances, etc.. Later proceed to the ancient city, Kyoto. The hotel is located just in front of Kyoto Station and close to a newly opened Shopping complex, where you will have a chance to walk around this evening.

JUNE 12 (SAT) KYOTO KYOTO NEW MIYAKO HOTEL


All Day Kyoto City Tour. Visit Higashi Honganji Temple, with its main hall being Kyoto’s largest wooden structure. Now under restoration, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008. Then to the World Cultural Heritage Site, Nijo Castle, built by Tokugawa Ieyasu, founder of the Edo Shogunate. We walk around inside of the castle and its beautiful garden. Next visit the Kyoto Handicraft Center, containing a variety of Kyoto’s souvenir items, do some shopping. After lunch, visit Kinkakuji Temple known as the “Golden Pavilion”, and the symbol of Kyoto. Situated picturesquely in its garden, the three-story pavilion extends over the pond and its reflection can be seen in the calm waters. This image is designed to suggest “an existence somewhere between heaven and earth”.

JUNE 13 (SUN) NAGOYA HOTEL ASSOCIA NAGOYA TERMINAL


Proceed to Nagoya, one of the five largest cities in Japan. Visit the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology. See the 4,000 pieces exhibition with dynamic displays of original equipment representing the textile machinery and automobile industries with which the Toyota Company has been involved. It will show Toyota’s transition between industries and technologies. Later visit the symbol of Nagoya, Nagoya Castle, noted for the golden dolphins on top of the roof. Our hotel is located next to Nagoya Central Station, and within easy walking distance to the Department Stores and Underground Shopping Mall.

JUNE 14 (MON) LAKE KAWAGUCHI HOTEL REGINA KAWAGUCHI-KO (ONSEN) ♨


Catch the Bullet Train (Shinkansen) to Atami, popularly called the “Riviera of Japan”. Then by bus to Hakone National Park. Visit Jukkoku Toge (Pass), the best point in this area for viewing Mt. Fuji, and Lake Ashi, praised as the primary attraction of the Hakone Region. Also visit Hakone Sekisho (Trade Route Outpost), designated as a “National Historic Property”. Sekisho were built at strategic points along trade routes during the Edo Period (1603-1868). Later, proceed to our hotel located at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan’s tallest and most prominent mountain. All of our rooms have a picture window, which faces Mt. Fuji. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the ONSEN BATH and a delicious “Japanese Kaiseki Dinner” in the evening.

JUNE 15 (TUE) TOKYO DISNEY RESORT HOTEL OKURA TOKYO BAY


In the morning visit the Mt. Fuji Visitor’s Center and see the Video in English about Mt. Fuji on the 12-multi-screen viewer. You will also be able to shop for merchandise pertaining to Mt. Fuji. Then proceed to Asagiri Plateau to visit the beautiful “Begonia Garden” with its colorful Begonia Flowers and Owl Collection. Later continue on to our hotel in the Tokyo Disney Resort. Our accommodation is the “Official Hotel of the Tokyo Disney Resort”, and located near the Disney Resort Line Monorail Station {3 minutes walk from the hotel}. You will get an {OPTIONAL} chance to visit an Official Disney Souvenir Shop “Bon Voyage” after hotel check-in.

JUNE 16 (WED) TOKYO DISNEY RESORT HOTEL OKURA TOKYO BAY

Whole Day, “FREE TIME” at Tokyo Disney Sea. A sea-themed park which is different from all the other Disney Parks in the world. The overall intention was to create a more adult-themed park, which includes “faster, scarier rides and shows designed for an older audience”. There’s Captain Mickey, First Mate Donald and Pirate Goofy, just to name a few. Take a short walk to the Monorail Station and catch the monorail to the Main Gate Station of Tokyo Disney Sea. Wandering around, you will be amazed by the “fantastic shows and rides in this park”. We will give you a “One Day Ticket for Tokyo Disney Sea and the Disney Resort Line Monorail”. You can return back to the hotel on your own any time you choose to, using the monorail. If you wish, you may choose to see the “Fireworks in the evening at the park”.

JUNE 17 (THU) IKEBUKURO, TOKYO CROWNE PLAZA METROPOLITAN HOTEL

In the morning, go by bus to enjoy shopping at the JUSCO Supermarket before going to Odaiba, the highly popular shopping and entertainment district. Visit the Sony Science Museum, where you can experience a series of fun activities that apply Sony’s Digital Technology. Later, drive over the “Rainbow Bridge” and proceed to Shibuya to visit the NHK TV Studio Park. See part of the NHK TV Studio and some of the studio events taking place. Historical Taiga Dramas like “Atsuhime” are recorded here. Then to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office and go up to the 45th floor to get a view overlooking the whole Tokyo Area and Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Finally go to our hotel in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the Ikebukuro Shopping District. After hotel check-in, go “Holo-Holo” in the big shopping area.

JUNE 18 (FRI) IKEBUKURO, TOKYO CROWNE PLAZA METROPOLITAN HOTEL

Whole Day Tokyo City Tour. Go to see Niju Bashi Bridge, in the Outer Garden of the Imperial Palace. Then visit the Tsukiji Fish Market, the “World’s Largest Seafood Market” {Sorry, we are not allowed to see the fish auction}. You will get a chance to buy “Dried Seafood”, Kitchen Ware, T Shirts, etc. Also, good chance to eat “Fresh Sushi” at the market, {At Your Own Expense}. After lunch, visit one of Tokyo’s most interesting tourist spots, Asakusa. Browse around the Nakamise Shopping Market, which is lined with colorful and lively stalls. Also go to the Sensoji Temple, the “Oldest Buddhist Temple in Tokyo”. Then go back to the hotel.

JUNE 19 (SAT) IKEBUKURO, TOKYO CROWNE PLAZA METROPOLITAN HOTEL

ALL DAY FREE TIME TO FINISH SHOPPING, PACKING, ETC. For those who want to, you may also make a {OPTIONAL} visit by subway or local train, to Harajuku most famous and popular spot for “Japan Youth Culture and Fashion” or Ameyoko Shopping District. There are many bargains to be had in the tiny shops from foodstuffs to clothes, etc. Over 800 small shops with narrow entrances and small aisles are located here. Your rooms are paid for, but Meals (LUNCH/DINNER) will be at your own expense to let you eat your favorite foods before returning home. We will give everyone a carton box to use for packing his or her gifts. (2-Pieces Per Person Baggage Allowance. Any excess will be paid for by the member).

JUNE 20 (SUN) HONOLULU {LUNCH AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE / DINNER ON THE PLANE}


{ONLY BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THIS DAY}. At checkout time our agents will come around to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. In the afternoon, proceed to Narita Int’l Airport to catch Japan Airlines flight in the evening to Honolulu, arriving the same morning, JUNE 20, 2010 (SUNDAY). TOUR CONDITIONS

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Airfare is based on APEX FARE. Minimum stay is 3-Days and maximum stay is 3 Months. $225.00 Cancellation Fee.

INCLUDES: All transportation included in the itinerary, all hotel accommodations, meals and all sightseeing listed, all transfer of passenger and baggage, souvenir picture and tour tax. Roundtrip air transportation by Economy Jet.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Individual expenses after termination of tour as stated in itinerary. Also, wine, liquor, mineral water, laundry and other items of personal nature, cost of obtaining passport and visa or other necessary documents.

BAGGAGE: Limited to (2) pieces and (1) hand-carry.

RESPONSIBILITY: The tour organizer or any travel agencies involved, act only as agents for the passengers in regards to travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services. The organizer/agency will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, however, occasioned, sustained, or suffered in or during any journey, trip, or tour, or in carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through it.

If the agency becomes aware that a passenger has a special chronic health problem, the agency shall ensure that it is provided with a letter from the passenger’s personal physician stating the nature of such health problem and certifying that the passenger is physically fit to participate in the tour. Also, in our endeavor to ensure congenial membership, we reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone and / or to expel from the tour, members whose conduct is incompatible with the interests of the tour. Further, we reserve the right to refuse the application of any handicapped passenger if it is determined that such passenger would impede the schedule of the tour and greatly inconvenience the majority of tour members. However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.

Baggage’s are at owner’s own risk. The right is reserved to make any necessary changes in tour if deemed advisable. Also, the airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers concerned. The airline ticket and passage contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of the tour and / or passenger. TRAVEL ETIQUETTE: No one likes to be known as the last to arrive. When traveling in a group it is very important that everyone be punctual. Please remember, also, NO SMOKING AND TO ROTATE SEATS ON BUSES.

Everyone likes to sit by the window and front seats.

FOOD REQUEST: If you cannot eat certain foods, please do not forget to turn in your request form, 1 week before departure or earlier, so we may try to comply with your request.

SHOULD YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE TOUR GROUP’S ARRIVAL TIME, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL. SAME GOES FOR DEPARTURES FROM JAPAN. IF YOUR FLIGHT LEAVES EARLIER THAN THE TOUR GROUP, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN WAY TO THE AIRPORT. THE TOUR AIRFARE PORTION WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOUR PACKAGE COST.
