MARCH 25(FRI) HONOLULU
Leave from Honolulu Int’l Airport via JAPAN AIRLINES flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight.

MARCH 26(SAT ) ODAIBA GRAND PACIFIC LE DAIBA
Arrive at Narita International Airport and after entry formalities, proceed to the hotel in Odaiba a New Major Shopping District of Tokyo. The celebrated sites of Tokyo are just minutes away from the hotel, including Aqua City Shopping Center, Sony Showroom, the colorful attractions of Palette Town, Venusfort Shopping Mall, etc. After hotel check in, it will be your free time, meeting your relatives, friends, shopping or just rest

MARCH 27(SUN) ODAIBA GRAND PACIFIC LE DAIBA

All Day, Tokyo City Tour. Visit the Outer Garden of the Imperial Palace to see Niju Bashi Bridge., the Main Bridge of the Imperial Palace. Then proceed to Asakusa, “One of the Most Popular Tourist Spots in Tokyo”. Visit Senso-ji Temple, Kaminari Gate and the Asakusa Nakamise Shopping Street, lined with many shops and a lively atmosphere. After lunch, take a Boat Cruise on the Sumida River. We can see “Tokyo Sky Tree” a building which will is scheduled to be completed in 2012 boasting a height of 2,080ft., and it will be “One of the World’s Tallest Towers”. If timing is right, we will see Cherry Blossoms along the river side also.

MARCH 28(MON) LAKE KAWAGUCHI HOTEL REGINA KAWAGUCHIKO (ONSEN) ♨
In the morning, proceed to Lake Kawaguchi. Go up the Fuji Subaru Line to the 5th Station (7,562ft.) of Mt. Fuji (weather permitting) which overlooks the Japan Alps. Then head to our hotel located at the foot of Mt. Fuji, with the picture window of all the rooms facing it. Soak and Relax in the Hot spring bath and enjoy the “Kaiseki Dinner” in the evening.

MARCH 29(TUE) LAKE HAMANA HOTEL HARVEST HAMANAKO ♨
In the morning have fun “Strawberry-Picking”! “Try the “Fresh and Sweet Japanese Strawberry”! Then to Kakegawa Kacho-en with its fabulous flowers and lovely birds etc. Enjoy strolling through several greenhouses with magnificent plants and birds. You can also enjoy “feeding the birds” in the cage. Later, proceed to Lake Hamana. Our accommodation for this night is a nice resort hotel located lakeside. You can enjoy walking around the hotel after check-in and in the morning. Soak and Relax in the “Big Public Bath” and “Open Air Jacuzzi Bath” {Sorry, it is Not an Onsen (Hot Spring) Bath}

MARCH 30(WED) NAGOYA HOTEL GRAND COURT NAGOYA
Visit the Haccho Miso Factory to see the process of making miso. Haccho Miso is featured in many of the miso based dishes of the Nagoya Area and has recently become popular worldwide. Later go to the Toyota Automobile Factory to see the process of assembling Toyota Cars. Then go to Nagoya, the 4th biggest city in Japan and visit the “Symbol of Nagoya”, the Nagoya Castle. The interior of the castle is a modern museum displaying the castle’s history. “If the timing is right” we will see Cherry Blossoms around the castle grounds. Our hotel located near the Station and its Shopping Area where you can enjoy shopping before and after dinner.

MARCH 31(THU) KYOTO KYOTO SHIN HANKYU HOTEL
Go to Nabana-no-sato Flower Park. This is a huge flower garden with a variety of flowers. We will see Tulip, Cherry Blossom, Peach Flower, etc. blooming (depending on timing). Next proceed to Kyoto which used to be the Capital City of Japan for over a millennium, and carries a reputation as “Japan’s Most Beautiful City”. Visit “One of the Symbols of Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, known as the “Golden Pavilion” and is situated picturesquely in its garden. Then go to Higashi Honganji Temple with its “Main Hall that is Kyoto’s Largest Wooden Structure”. Our hotel is located right in front of Kyoto Station with its Underground Shopping Mall. We will take you to “Holo-Holo” around the hotel after check-in.

APRIL 1(FRI) KYOTO KYOTO SHIN HANKYU HOTEL
All Day, Kyoto City Tour. In the morning visit the colorful Heian Shrine with its famous “Shidare Sakura” (Hanging Cherry Tree) in the beautiful Japanese Garden. Then enjoy shopping and have lunch at the Kyoto Handicraft Center, carrying Kyoto’s beautiful and skillfully handcrafted items and specialty goods. After lunch go to enjoy seeing the beautiful “Miyako Odori Dance Show”, held in the Ancient Entertainment District of Gion. This show exhibits the “Fine Traditional Song and Dance Skills of Maiko (Trainee Geisha) and Geiko (Young Geisha)”. Enjoy the beauty of spectacular dances and singing with vibrantly colored Kimono costumes with “Japan’s Most Highly Trained Performers”.

APRIL 2(SAT) TOKUSHIMA HOTEL CLEMENT TOKUSHIMA
Head to Shikoku Island via the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge the “Longest Suspension Bridge in the World (6,532ft) and Awaji Island in the eastern part of the Seto Inland Sea. The ocean current here is so complicated that the tide creates a whirl current “Uzushio”. Upon arrival in Tokushima City see the “Awa Odori Show” (Local Traditional Dance Known Nationwide) at its private theater. Enjoy the lithe, elegant and brave performance by the local dancers. Later go to the Deko-Ningyo Musuem (Japanese Puppet Museum) to see the “Mechanism and Process of Making Jyoruri Puppets, dating back about 300 years”. Our hotel is located close to the Tokushima Station and Sogo Department Store. After check-in, enjoy shopping meeting relatives or just rest.

APRIL 3(SUN) OKAYAMA HOTEL GRANVIA OKAYAMA
In the morning visit Ritsurin Park which is “Skillfully Laid-Out to Harmonize with the Magnificent Pine Trees. Each step you take “Reveals a New View of the Different Tasteful Aspect of the Exquisitely Arranged Garden”. Later cross the “Great Seto Bridge” a “Series of Suspension Bridges” spanning between Honshu and Shikoku Island. Stop at “Fishermans Wharf” for shopping of dried seafood, etc. Next visit “One of the Three Best Landscape Gardens in Japan, Korakuen Park. It is “Representative of a Daimyo Garden of the Edo Period (1600-1868). Our hotel is located next to Okayama Station and Underground Shopping Mall. Enjoy shopping after hotel check-in.

APRIL 4(MON) HIROSHIMA RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL HIROSHIMA
Ride the Shinkansen {Bullet Train (Max. 167M.P.H.)} from Okayama Station to Hiroshima Station. Upon arrival proceed by bus to visit “Beautiful and Sacred Miyajima Island” and the “Colorful Itsukushima Shrine”, a “World Heritage Site” and “One of Japan’s Scenic-Trio”. Later proceed to the Peace Park and Peace Memorial Museum. It is the “Most Important Museum in Hiroshima, and “Relates the Details and History of the First Atomic Bomb Dropped on a City”. After check in enjoy shopping, meeting your relatives or just rest.

APRIL 5(TUE) KOKURA RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL KOKURA
In the morning proceed to Iwakuni to see its famous the Kintai Bridge (Brocaded Bridge), a wooden arched bridge called “One of the Three Beautiful and Oddly Shaped Bridges in Japan”. Cherry Blossoms are in bloom around the bridge banks if timing is right. Then proceed to Kyushu Island via the Kanmon Straits, known as the scene of an ancient battle leading to the “Fall of the Heike Clan” in 1185 and the fight between Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojiro in 1612. Our hotel is located right in front of Kokura Station and the Shopping Area. TOUR/MEALS ENDS UPON ARRIVAL AT RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL KOKURA. Free Time to finish shopping, packing etc. Your rooms are paid for but meals (DINNER ONLY) will be “At Your Own Expense” to let you eat your favorite foods before returning home. We will give everyone a carton box for packing his or her gifts. (2 Pieces Per Person Baggage Allowance. Any excess will be paid for by the member).

APRIL 6(WED) HONOLULU (ONLY BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THIS DAY)
At checkout time our agents will come around to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. In the afternoon we will proceed to Fukuoka Airport to catch a Domestic Japan Airlines Flight to Narita, Kansai, or Chubu Airport then catch a connecting flight in the evening to Honolulu, arriving the same morning APRIL 6, 2011 (WEDESDAY). TOUR CONDITIONS


AIR TRANSPORTATION: Airfare is based on VALUE FARE.

Minimum stay is 3-Days and maximum stay is 3 Months. $225.00 Cancellation Fee.

INCLUDES: All transportation included in the itinerary, all hotel accommodations, meals and all sightseeing listed, all transfer of passenger and baggage, souvenir picture and tour tax. Roundtrip air transportation by Economy Jet.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Individual expenses after termination of tour as stated in itinerary.

Also, wine, liquor, mineral water, laundry and other items of personal nature, cost of obtaining passport and visa or other necessary documents.

BAGGAGE: Limited to (2) pieces and (1) hand-carry.

RESPONSIBILITY: The tour organizer or any travel agencies involved, act only as agents for the passengers in regards to travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services. The organizer/agency will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, however, occasioned, sustained, or suffered in or during any journey, trip, or tour, or in carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through it.

If the agency becomes aware that a passenger has a special chronic health problem, the agency shall ensure that it is provided with a letter from the passenger’s personal physician stating the nature of such health problem and certifying that the passenger is physically fit to participate in the tour. Also, in our endeavor to ensure congenial membership, we reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone and / or to expel from the tour, members whose conduct is incompatible with the interests of the tour. Further, we reserve the right to refuse the application of any handicapped passenger if it is determined that such passenger would impede the schedule of the tour and greatly inconvenience the majority of tour members. However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.

Baggage’s are at owner’s own risk. The right is reserved to make any necessary changes in tour if deemed advisable. Also, the airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers concerned. The airline ticket and passage contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of the tour and/or passenger. WATER: Is safe to drink throughout Japan.

TRAVEL ETIQUETTE: No one likes to be known as the last to arrive. When traveling in a group it is very important that everyone be punctual. Please remember, also, NO SMOKING AND TO ROTATE SEATS ON BUSES. Everyone likes to sit by the window and front seats.

FOOD REQUEST: If you cannot eat certain foods, please do not forget to turn in your request form, 1 week before departure or earlier, so we may try to comply with your request.

PORTERS AT HONOLULU AIRPORT: We have complimentary porter service at Honolulu International Airport on all Japan tour departures on JAPAN AIRLINES OR ALL NIPPON AIRLINES FLIGHTS ONLY.

TOUR CONDITIONS REMINDER

The COST OF TOUR includes ground tour and airfare. The ground tour is based on ¥95 Yens to a U.S. DOLLAR RATE. In case of any re-valuation, the price shall be adjusted accordingly at time of payment. See Yen Chart. The airfares are present rates and should the airfares be changed, adjustments will be made accordingly. The YEN RATE OF THE DAY will be used at time of payment. THANK YOU!

TOUR MEMBERS NOT PURCHASING THEIR AIRLINE TICKETS THROUGH TOHOKU TRAVEL SERVICE, INC. WILL BE ASSESSED A $225.00 PER PERSON SURCHARGE. SHOULD YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE TOUR GROUP’S ARRIVAL TIME, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL. IT GOES FOR DEPARTURES FROM JAPAN. IF YOUR FLIGHT LEAVES EARLIER THAN THE TOUR GROUP, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN WAY TO THE AIRPORT. THE TOUR AIRFARE PORTION WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOUR PACKAGE COST. THANK YOU!
