JULY 2(TUE) HONOLULU 
Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via Japan Airlines flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight. FREE MOVIES and DRINKS.

JULY 3(WED) NARITA/SHIN URAYASU ORIENTAL HOTEL TOKYO BAY
Arrive at Narita Int’l Airport and after clearing government formalities, by bus to the hotel in Urayasu. Hotel is located within easy walking distance to Shin Urayasu Station and Big Shopping Complex. After hotel check-in, your guide will take you to the shopping area where you can enjoy shopping before and after dinner.

JULY 4(THU) SHIN URAYASU ORIENTAL HOTEL TOKYO BAY
Head to Ueno in central Tokyo to visit the Tokyo National Museum. It is Japan’s premier collection of Japanese Artwork’s and Treasures. We will see exhibition features the beauty of Japanese art showing magnificent examples of the history of art in Japan. There are spectacular examples of sculpture, ceramics, and lacquer-ware designated as National Treasure or Important Cultural Property. Also swords, armor’s, masks, and metal works are worth to see. Then proceed to Asakusa, the heart of the old downtown (Shitamachi) Tokyo. Tokyo Sky Tree can be seen from here. We will visit “Tokyo Sky Tree” opened in May of 2012, boasting a height of 2,080 ft., the tower becomes world’s tallest broadcast tower and New Landmark of Tokyo. Then back to the hotel to enjoy shopping or just rest. This hotel has a shuttle bus (15 minutes) to the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is very convenient to visit Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea. For those who want to, your guide will give you information. (All Costs for going to Tokyo Disney Resort (Entrance Fee, etc.) are “At Your Own Expense”.

JULY 5(FRI) KITA-YUZAWA ONSEN YUMOTO MEISUI TEI (ONSEN) ♨
In the morning, catch a domestic flight to Chitose, Hokkaido. (Haneda to Chitose) Hokkaido has a cooler climate and makes it a very popular tourist destination in July. Upon arrival in Hokkaido, go to Sapporo Beer Brewery. Visit the factory to learn the process of making beer and “Taste the Freshly Brewed Beer”! “Very Refreshing”! Then go to Shiraoi Ainu village. Ainu is aborigines in Hokkaido. Ainu culture and lifestyle is shown in an outdoor reproduction of the Ainu village. We will see the traditional dance and singing that designated as an important National Intangible Cultural property. Later go to our “Onsen Resort Hotel” located along the beautiful river in Kitayuzawa Onsen. Soak and Relax in the “Big Onsen Hot Spring Bath” and “Last Open Air Roten Buro. Also enjoy a “Big Buffet Dinner” with “Crab, Tempura, Steak, etc.”

JULY 6(SAT) OTARU GRAND PARK OTARU
In the morning visit Kyogoku Water Park located at the foot of Mt. Yotei, called “Mt. Fuji in Hokkaido”. A beautiful river runs through the park and there is a spout that dispenses water from Mt. Yotei. “Taste one of the top 100 purest spring waters in Japan”. Also have fun “Picking and Tasting Japanese Cherries in season”. {If we cannot do “Cherry Picking” due to seasonal conditions, we will enjoy picking another kind of fruit}. Later proceed to Otaru “one of the popular cities for sightseeing in Hokkaido”. Otaru was an “economic entrance from the sea” in the late 19th Century. The city still creates an atmosphere of olden days with some western style buildings that makes it one of the more picturesque Japanese cities. Visit Herring Mansion . The Herring fishing industry had a major roll in the history of Otaru. This large mansion was built for wealthy fishermen. The power and wealth of the fishermen during the height of the herring era is reflected in this historic residence. Our hotel is connected to a Big Shopping Center. After hotel check in, Free Time to “Holo –Holo” and Shop Around.

JULY 7(SUN) OTARU GRAND PARK OTARU 
In the morning, visit the Seafood Market, a popular activity among tourists who are looking for fresh and preserved seafood. Enjoy strolling around the lively market in this busy port town. Then go to visit Hokkai Soran Festival, annual festival held in Yoichi. Yoichi is the birthplace of famous “Soran-bushi” folk song. This festival is featuring dancing, drum performance and delicious food stalls, etc. After lunch, enjoy strolling around the Canal Area which is the symbol of Otaru. The old stone warehouses and gaslights along the canal produce, a beautiful scenery. You can visit the Otaru Glassware Store, another trademark of Otaru, with the cool and delicate glass objects creating a refreshing atmosphere. Also visit the Music Box Museum carrying a large collection of music boxes which can be purchased. Later proceed back to the hotel and enjoy shopping before and after dinner.

JULY 8(MON) BIEI HOTEL PARK HILLS (ONSEN) ♨
Head to Iwamizawa and visit the Rose Garden with 243 kinds of Roses blooming (If Timing is Right). This garden is a maximum rosary in Hokkaido and Japan Rose Summit will be held in July 2013. Later catch the highway and on a clear day view the vast spread out green fields. Stop along the way at Sunagawa Highway Oasis, a big shopping area where you can purchase the famous “Pumpkin Seed Cookies” and other local specialties. Then proceed to our hotel located in Shirogane Hot Spring Town. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will take you to see the beautiful waterfall and emerald green river near the hotel. Good chance to Relax and Refresh in the “Hot Spring Bath”.

JULY 9(TUE) SAHORO SAHORO RESORT
Go to Biei Town, regarded as “one of the best sightseeing spots in Hokkaido” and known for its pleasant and picturesque rural landscapes created by hills with various sizes of fields. One of its highlights is a view of “Patchwork Hill”, a hillside covered with various colors of shrubbery. The perfectly balanced colors change gradually from the season of fresh verdure to the time of harvest. Then proceed to Furano, a highly recommended sightseeing spot in July because of its breathtaking Lavender Flowers in bloom. We will make a photo stop at Farm Tomita (Field of Lavenders), one of the best places to view the lavender. Enjoy a spectacular view of the magnificent “Purple Carpet” Lavender Fields with Mt. Daisetsu and Tokachi Mountain Ranges as a backdrop. Later visit Furano Winery to “enjoy tasting local Furano Wine”. This winery also has its own Lavender Field. We will stay at the resort hotel surrounded by nature. Enjoy big public bath .(Not Onsen hot spring)

JULY 10(WED) SAPPORO SAPPORO CENTURY ROYAL HOTEL
In the morning visit Bear Mountain. You will get a chance to see the brown bear, the largest land animal in Japan. Here you can see them living in a real forest so close and in safety. At the central observation point where big glass windows let humans and bears eyeball each other. Later visit Yuni Garden. This is Japan largest English Style Garden filled with a variety of flowers in season. We will see Rose, Linaria, Lily, etc. while walking around the huge garden. The store at this garden carries original jams, herb teas, pickles, local souvenirs etc . Later proceed to Sapporo, largest city in Hokkaido. Drive by the symbol of Sapporo, the famous “Clock Tower” on the way to the hotel located next to Sapporo Station with its Underground Shopping Arcade and Department Store, etc. After hotel check in, we will take you to “Holo-Holo” around the Station Area.

JULY 11(THU) SAPPORO SAPPORO CENTURY ROYAL HOTEL 
Visit the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market to buy Dried Sea Foods, local specialties in Hokkaido etc. Also stop at the Big AEON Shopping Center for Shopping and Lunch before going back to the hotel. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL, “FREE TIME” TO FINISH SHOPPING, PACKING, ETC. Your rooms are paid for, but meals (LUNCH & DINNER) will be “At Your Own Expense” to let you eat your favorite foods before returning home. We will give everyone a carton box to use for packing their gifts. (2 Pieces Per Person Baggage allowance). Any excess will be paid for by the member.

JULY 12(FRI) HONOLULU {ONLY BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THIS DAY} 
LUNCH will be At Your Own Expense, and DINNER will be served on the flight back to Honolulu. At checkout time, our agents will come around to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. In the afternoon proceed to Chitose Airport to catch a Domestic flight to Narita, Osaka or Nagoya Int’l Airport and transfer to a Japan Airlines International flight to Honolulu, arriving the same morning, JULY 12, 2013 (FRIDAY). DOES NOT INCLUDE: Individual expenses after termination of tour as stated in itinerary. Also, wine, liquor, mineral water, laundry and other items of personal nature, cost of obtaining passport and visa or other necessary documents.

BAGGAGE: Limited to (1) piece, 50 lbs. and (1) hand-carry.

RESPONSIBILITY: The tour organizer or any travel agencies involved, act only as agents for the passengers in regards to travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services. The organizer/agency will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, however, occasioned, sustained, or suffered in or during any journey, trip, or tour, or in carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through it.

If the agency becomes aware that a passenger has a special chronic health problem, the agency shall ensure that it is provided with a letter from the passenger’s personal physician stating the nature of such health problem and certifying that the passenger is physically fit to participate in the tour. Also, in our endeavor to ensure congenial membership, we reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone and / or to expel from the tour, members whose conduct is incompatible with the interests of the tour. Further, we reserve the right to refuse the application of any handicapped passenger if it is determined that such passenger would impede the schedule of the tour and greatly inconvenience the majority of tour members. However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.

Baggage’s are at owner’s own risk. The right is reserved to make any necessary changes in tour if deemed advisable.

Also, the airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers concerned. The airline ticket and passage contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of the tour and/or passenger.
