OCT. 24(THU) HONOLULU (REVISED-2/28/2013) 
Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via Japan Airlines flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight. FREE MOVIES & DRINKS.

OCT. 25 (FRI) OMIYA PALACE HOTEL OMIYA
Arrive at Narita Int’l Airport and after clearing government formalities, proceed by bus to the hotel in Omiya, Saitama and located within easy walking distance to SOGO Department Store. {1 hour 30 minutes ride from Narita Airport with a break in between}. Upon arrival, it will be “FREE TIME” to enjoy shopping, meet relatives, friends or just rest.

OCT. 26 (SAT) NAEBA NAEBA PRINCE HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Proceed to Kawagoe, called “Koedo” (Small Edo) because this town has retained the history, culture and atmosphere of the Edo Era. Enjoy browsing around and shopping at Kurazukuri Street with old storehouse merchant houses on both sides of the street. Also get a chance to shop at a small alley, “Kashiya Yokocho” (Candy Alley) carrying snacks made of sweet potato, dried natto, etc. Visit the Kawagoe Festival Museum with its display of a huge float and see a short movie of the Kawagoe Festival. Next visit the Usaburo Kokeshi Doll Center with a collection of Kokeshi Dolls (Traditional Japanese Handcrafted Wooden Folk Art Dolls). See these beautifully designed dolls from traditional to modern and creative ones. Good chance to purchase your favorite Kokeshi Dolls. Then proceed to Naeba while enjoying the beautiful Autumn Scenery from the bus window. We will stay at a Big Resort Hotel located in the Vast Ski Ground Area of Mt. Naeba. Enjoy the Onsen Hot Spring Bath and Roten buro (Open Air Bath). {Walk to the next tower of the hotel}.

OCT. 27(SUN) MANZA MANZA PRINCE HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
In the morning enjoy riding on the Naeba Ropeway, the “Longest in the World” 17,982 feet long and takes 25 minutes to ride halfway with the highest point being 755 feet high. We will see a panoramic mountain view filled with Autumn Color at the summit station. The vibrant blaze of Autumn Color will overwhelm you. Next we head to Mt. Shirane (7,086 ft), while you enjoy seeing the impressive mountain scenery. For those who wish to, you can walk to Yugama Pond, a crater lake with beautiful emerald color and the most acidic lake in the world (0.3 miles walk). Then go to our mountain resort hotel located in the highland (5,900 ft height) of Manza Onsen. Our hotel has a Onsen Hotspring Rotenburo (Open Air Bath) surrounded by vast nature.

OCT. 28(MON) KARUIZAWA KARUIZAWA PRINCE HOTEL
Drive along the Manza Highway while enjoying the breathtaking Autumn Color (depending on climate of the year) while observing Mt. Asama. Proceed to Karuizawa which thrived as Japan’s most popular International Resort loved by John Lennon and Japan’s Royal Family, etc. Visit Shiraito Waterfall, a lovely waterfall 10 ft. high and 230 ft wide. The sight of water falling down in slender streaks looking like so many white threads is indeed magnificent. Next visit the Old Mikasa Hotel built in the Meiji Period (1905). It is the only existing western style wooden hotel building in Japan. Later go to Tomioka Silk Mill, inscribed on Japan's tentative list for World Heritage Sites as "Japan's Oldest Modern Model Silk Reeling Factory" established in 1872. We will look at the insides of the well preserved brick building which had been in operation until 1987. Our hotel is located right next to the Prince Shopping Plaza. After hotel check in, enjoy Shopping and Holo-Holo around the hotel.

OCT. 29(TUE) MATSUMOTO HOTEL BUENA VISTA
Enjoy strolling around Karuizawa Ginza Shopping Street at the center of town. Souvenir Shops, Ice Cream Shop, Bakery, etc. line the street. This will be the right season when the entire Karuizawa Area turns to a nice “Red Autumn Color”. Stop at the AEON Shopping Center to enjoy shopping and lunch. Later go to Komoro and visit Kaikoen, the ex-castle ground of Komoro Castle. Enjoy browsing around the castle ruins while enjoying the Autumn Color. There will also be a Chrysanthemum Festival going on at this time where we will be able to see 700 displays decorated with colorful Chrysanthemums. Then proceed to Matsumoto, a tranquil old castle town. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will enjoy Holo-Holo near the hotel.

OCT. 30(WED) MATSUMOTO HOTEL BUENA VISTA
Head to Kamikochi, the south entrance to the Northern Japan Alps and surrounded by lofty peaks of 10,000 ft high mountains. It has been selected as “One of the Most Scenic Spots in Japan”. Pass by Taisho Pond and visit “Kappa Bridge” (a suspension bridge) over crystal clear waters. It is the best example of how naturally blessed Japan is. The autumn foliage season is the particularly best season in Kamikochi. It will be the time of year in which the entire Kamikochi Area is filled with “Beautiful Yellow Autumn Color”. After fully enjoying the Autumn Mountain Scenery, enjoy shopping at the Swiss Village carrying a variety of souvenirs of Nagano including local wine, Nozawana Pickles and Shinshu Soba, the most popular Soba in Japan.

OCT. 31(THU) YATSUGATAKE YATSUGATAKE ROYAL HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Have fun “Picking Apples” which are in season. Nagano is the “2nd Largest Producer of Apples”. “Taste the Fresh and Sweet Japanese Apples in season”! Then visit Narai Juku Old Town registered as “One of Japan’s Most Important Traditional Building Conservation Area”. Stroll the delightful main street containing a variety of wooden and plaster Old Edo-style Buildings surrounded by forested mountains as a spectacular back-drop. Then visit a Miso Factory to see the process of making local Miso and purchase them. Nagano is also famous for Shinshu Miso. We later head to Yatsugatake, a symbol of Japan’s highland resorts with a stunning nature that changes in various ways throughout the seasons. This night’s accommodation is a resort hotel surrounded by the Southern Japan Alps and Yatsugatake Mountain Range. Enjoy the Big Public Bath and Onsen Hot Spring Open Air Rock Bath, “called Aurora Fall Bath.”

Nov. 1(FRI) KAKEGAWA YAMAHA RESORT TSUMAGOI (ONSEN) ♨
Go to Shosenkyo Gorge considered to be “the Most Beautiful Gorge in Japan”. Enjoy a pleasant walk along the stream which leads to a beautiful waterfall, lofty cliffs and lots of interestingly shaped rocks, which is a standout feature of Shosenkyo Gorge. Next enjoy a “Hoto Nabe” Lunch. Hoto Nabe is a local cuisine in Yamanashi Prefecture which is similar to Udon Noodle. Later head to Kakegawa while enjoying the scenery with Japan’s Symbolic Mountain, Mt. Fuji (depending on the weather). We will stay at a nice resort hotel standing in a naturally hilly country rich in natural splendor. You can enjoy a refreshing walk around the hotel in the morning. Onsen Hot Spring Bath & Open Air Roten buro are available by taking a shuttle bus.

NOV. 2(SAT) LAKE HAMANA HAMANAKO ROYAL HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Enjoy an impressive experience of riding on a “Mountain Trolley Train”. Proceed by bus to Senzu Station to take a “Mountain Railway” offering spectacular scenery while passing through 62 tunnels, a 325 ft high bridge and terminating 2,200 ft above sea level at Sessokyo Onsen Station. Then go to our hotel located by Lake Hamana, a brackish lake known for cultivation of Unagi “eel”. Enjoy your last Onsen Hotspring Bath & Open Air Rock Bath on this tour.

NOV. 3(SUN) TOYOHASHI LOISIR HOTEL TOYOHASHI
Visit the Suzuki History Museum to see the history of a major motor company, "Suzuki" from the period when they established a loom company with many exhibitions. You can see many of Suzuki’s old cars and motorcycles in the museum. Next enjoy strolling in a huge flower park, "Hamamatsu Flower Park" to see Roses, Chrysanthemum, and many other types of flowers in bloom. The seasonal greenhouse exhibits and the water fountain show are also very popular. Later have fun "Persimmon Picking". Taste the "Sweet Japanese Persimmons" in season Then go to Later go to our hotel located right next to Ito-Yokado Supermarket where you can enjoy shopping after hotel check in.

NOV. 4(MON) TOYOHASHI LOISIR HOTEL TOYOHASHI
In the morning, go to Toyokawa Inari Shrine, “One of the Three Major Japanese Inari (Fox God of Rice) Shrines” that has as its “Kami” (God or Deity) the fox as the “God of Business Prosperity and Family Well-being”. Hundreds of fox statures of all sizes are crammed into the small grounds. It is definitely an interesting and unique place. Before going back to the hotel stop at Laguna Gamagori, carrying dried seafood, and local specialties, etc. The main feature in this area is "Ebi Senbei (Shrimp Chips)". You can sample a variety of flavors. There is also a "Sushi Counter" where you can try fresh "Maguro Sushi" by the piece. After arrival at the hotel, it will be “FREE TIME”. Your room is paid for, but meals (LUNCH / DINNER) will be “At Your Own Expense” to let you eat your favorite foods before returning home. We will give everyone a carton box to use for packing his or her gifts. (2 Pieces Per Person Baggage Allowance. Any excess will paid for by the member.

NOV. 5 (TUE) HONOLULU {ONLY BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THIS DAY} 
At check out time our agents will come around to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. In the afternoon, proceed to Chubu Centrair Int’l Airport in Nagoya to catch Japan Airlines flight in the evening to Honolulu, arriving the same morning, NOVEMBER 5, 2013 (TUESDAY). However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.
