Arrive at Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), and after clearing Immigration & Customs formalities transfer with your guide to Renaissance Riverside Hotel. After check-in at hotel, Free Time to rest and relax from the flight.

JAN. 15 (TUE) DANANG/HOI AN BOUTIQUE HOI AN HOTEL
AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Visit Hue Market before proceeding by road to Danang to see Marble Mountain and Cham Museum. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT. Continue to Hoi An to visit the Old Town and other points of interest. Later proceed to your Accommodation at Boutique Hoi An Hotel. SET WESTERN DINNER AT YOUR HOTEL RESTAURANT.
JAN. 16 (WED) HANOI MOVENPICK HOTEL
AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. MORNING: FREE TIME. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT. Transfer to Danang Airport for the flight to Hanoi. Arrive and transfer to Movenpick Hotel. BUFFET DINNER AT THE HOTEL.
JAN. 17 (THU) HANOI MOVENPICK HOTEL
AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING: Including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One-Pillar Pagoda, the House and Museum of Ho Chi Minh, Temple of Literature, Hoan Kierm Lake and view (from the outside) St. Jpseph’s Cathedral and the Hanoi Opera House. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT. Enjoy the famous Northern Vietnam Water Puppet Show at a local theater. BUFFET DINNER AT THE HOTEL.
JAN. 18 (FRI) BANGKOK LANDMARK HOTEL
AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Bangkok. After arrival and completing entry formalities, transfer with your guide to the Landmark Hotel. BUFFET DINNER AT THE HOTEL.

AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Morning tour to the Royal Grand Palace, and the Emerald Buddha. LUNCH AT SUPATRA RIVER HOUSE RESTAURANT (SET TAI MENU). DINNER AT YOUR HOTEL.
JAN. 20 (SUN ) BANGKOK LANDMARK HOTEL
AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Early departure for a tour of the Floating Market at Damnernsaduak and a visit to Nakhon Pathom. Continue to the Rose Garden for LUNCH followed by the Thai Village Show. BUFFET DINNER AT YOUR HOTEL.
JAN. 21 (MON) HONOLULU
AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Transfer to the International Airport to catch flight back to Honolulu.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT
Reservations will not be considered definite until a $100/passenger deposit is received. Final payments are due 60 days prior to departure. Late booking charges may be assessed.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND MODIFICATIONS
Cancellations of more than 60 days prior to departure are subject to a $100.00 booking administrative fee. Cancellation 60-30 days of departure are subject to a $300.00 per person penalty fee. Cancellation 15-29 days prior to departure is subject to $500.00 per person penalty fee. Cancellations for 8-14 days prior to departure are subject to $750.00 per person penalty assessed at the time of cancellation. Any cancellation received 1-7 day of departure or en route will be subject to full forfeiture of all monies paid on any program. There is no refund for unused land services. Any voluntary alterations of confirmed itineraries before departure will require a handling charge of $50.00 for each change.
It is the responsibility of passengers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. A passport valid for a minimum of 6 months is required of all nationals. In addition, visa for Vietnam is required of American Citizens. Other nationals should check on visa requirements.
Currently none of the countries included in the itineraries require a certificate of vaccination. However, this is subject to change at any time. Please check with booking agent to ascertain which, if any, countries in the tour require proof of any inoculation. It is the passenger’s responsibility to take all precautions with regard to health regulations.
Air transportation is based on round-trip economy class travel on airlines specified in each program. Transportation in Vietnam is arranged locally. Air fares are not refundable once air transportation has begun.
Baggage is at “owner’s own risk” throughout the tour. Baggage allowance on trans-Pacific flights is two (2) pieces of checked in baggage. For flights within the Orient and China, baggage may not exceed 44lbs or 20 kilograms. Excess baggage charges are strictly enforced and it is the responsibility of the passenger to pay these charges at the airport.
All hotel accomodations will be provided in hotels mentioned or of similar category. VISITS PLUS, INC./TOHOKU TRAVEL SERVICE, INC. reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category whenever necessary. All rooms are randomly assigned by each hotel on a run-of-the-house basis.
SIGHTSEEING, TRANSFERS PORTERAGE AND TIPS
All sightseeing and transfers (except in Japan) will be conducted in air-conditioned private motorcoaches when there are 15 or more passengers. For less than 15 passengers scheduled (seat-in-coach) sightseeing and transfer services may be used. Transfers include the handling of one piece of standard size lug- gage per person. Only those passengers traveling on designated group flights will be provided with airport transfers. Tips to guides and drivers are not included unless specified in tour package. Tour price is quoted as a complete price, as such an itemization of component cost will not be given.
LAND AND AIR COST
All land and air costs shown in this brochure are in U.S. dollars and based on tariffs, rates of exchange, costs and schedules in effect Aug. 1, 2011 and are subject to change without notice. Any fluctuation of currencies could result in a higher land cost. In any case, no surcharge will be imposed after final tour payment is received. The land & air price includes hotel accomodations based on two people sharing a room, round-trip economy class airfare, transfers and sightseeing as specified in each itinerary. Meals as indicated in itinerary.
Tour prices do not include meals unless specifically indicated in the itinerary, service charge for obtaining visas, and items of a strictly personal nature.
Visits Plus, Inc. and Tohoku Travel Service, Inc. gives notice that it is acting only in the capacity of agent in all matters regarding travel, whether by railroad, motorcoach, motorcar, boat or airplane, including all matters of reservations, transportation and tour operation, and assumes no liability for in- jury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise. We can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes or acts of God. Al- though Visits Plus, Inc. and Tohoku Travel Service, Inc. anticipates no changes in the itineraries or accomodations, etc. as printed herein, the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice that might become necessary in the best interest of the tour. In such cases any additional expenses must be borne by passenger. The right is also reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this program and to substitute hotels if necessary. Visits Plus, Inc. & Tohoku Travel Service, Inc. reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of any tour at any time.
The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act, omissions or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall con- stitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility or liability to any travel aside from their liability as common carriers. All fares shown by the airlines are subject to change at any time without notice, and land costs are based on present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollar, and in current tariffs, and are subject to adjustment (either way) until time of final payment by passenger

A tour and travel protection plan is available from the tour company or travel insurance company. A travel insurance company provides coverage for pre-existing medical conditions provided the policy is purchased within 7 days of initial trip deposit.
