FEB. 02 (TUE) HONOLULU
Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via Japan Airlines flight. Lunch and a snack will be served aboard the flight. FREE MOVIES and DRINKS.

FEB. 03 (WED) NARITA / CHITOSE ANA CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL CHITOSE
Arrive at Narita Int’l Airport and after government formalities, transfer to your connecting flight to Chitose Airport in Hokkaido. Upon arrival, go directly to our hotel. {About 10 min. from the airport}.

FEB. 04 (THU) OTARU GRAND PARK OTARU
In the morning, go to the shoe store to buy your snow shoes before heading to Lake Shikotsu to see its popular “Hyoto Ice Festival" with massive Ice Sculptures made of water from the lake. You will be impressed with these wonderful ice sculptures colored mysterious “Shikotsu blue”. Later proceed to Otaru which is regarded as one of the picturesque cities in Japan. Otaru is a romantic port town steeped in a rich history that dates back to the late 19th century. The city still creates an atmosphere of olden days with many Western style buildings, nostalgic warehouses, etc. We will stay at the five-star hotel connecting to a big shopping mall with AEON Supermarket 100 Yen Shop, Home Center, etc. Enjoy shopping after hotel check in.

FEB. 05 (FRI) SAPPORO ROYTON SAPPORO
Go to Sakaimachi, an attractive, preserved merchant street with beautiful scenery lined with old stone storehouses along the street. It is the main street of Otaru for strolling and shopping. Visit Otaru Glassware Store, Otaru is famous for glassware reputed as the home of Japanese glass. Fascinating intricate handmade glassware is the trademark of Otaru and a pleasure to see. Also visit Music box Museum contains exhibits about the development of music boxes, notable antique music boxes, a large collection of beautiful and intricate music boxes can be purchased. Later proceed to Sapporo, the biggest city in Hokkaido and visit Chitosetsuru Sake Museum to see the process of brewing local Sake in Sapporo. Also taste many types of Sake. Our hotel is located close to Odori Park where the Sapporo Snow Festival takes place. It is an internationally known event with gigantic snow statues and hundreds of medium-sized and small statues of snow and ice. After dinner you can visit Festival site and enjoy newly started spectacular Projection Mapping Show as well as the fantastic night view of the illuminated show structures and ice statues.

FEB. 06 (SAT) LAKE TOYA LAKE TOYA MANSEI KAKU HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
In the morning we will see a day view of the “Sapporo Snow Festival” to enjoy one of the most adorable and amazing events in Japan. Then enjoy Shopping Sapporo Wholesale Market carrying Hokkaido’s seafood, local specialties, etc. with lively atmosphere. Later head to Hokkaido’s largest Ainu Village at Shiraoi Town. Ainu are the Aborigines in Hokkaido. Ainu culture and lifestyle is shown in an outdoor reproduction of a small Ainu Village. Enjoy seeing Ainu ritual dance and sing which is registered as the Intangible World Cultural Heritage of Humanity". Then proceed to Lake Toya, known for its beauty of nature and good hot springs. Our hotel is facing to the lake where Winter Festival takes place. After eat dinner with "Crab", enjoy "Lakeside Fireworks Show" from your room. Soak in soothing Hot Spring Bath and Open Air Bath (Roten buro) with a spectacular winter scenery of the lake.

FEB. 07 (SUN) ONUMA ONUMA PRINCE HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Go to Showa Shinzan Volcano, one of the youngest mountains in Japan which was created between 1944 and 1945. The active volcano stands proudly with venting sulfurous fumes in front of you. It is designated as a special national treasure. Here, we will visit Bear Farm where you can try feeding an apple to the bear. Bears will stand up and beg for an apple when you give it to them. Then go to Onuma park, known for its picturesque scenery with majestic Mt. Komagatake. Only in winter you’ll have chance to experience exciting Snowmobile Riding or Sledding on the frozen lake. Soak in the soothing Hot Spring Bath and Open Air Roten Buro Bath. After dinner, for those who wish to, we will take you to the top of Mt. Hakodate by cable car to see night view of Hakodate (Weather permitting). Hakodate’s night view is considered to be "one of 3 best night views in the world" along with one in Naples and Hong Kong.

FEB. 08 (MON) MT. HAKKODA HAKKODA HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Visit Goryokaku Park. Japan’s "first western-style fort" and now functioning as a park with its 5 pointed star-shape. We will look it over from the Observatory Tower (351 ft height). You can enjoy a marvelous view of a huge star rimmed park and Hakodate City with snow covering on it. Then to Hakodate Station to catch express train to cross to Honshu (main island of Japan) via the Seikan Undersea Tunnel (33.5 miles long in length). It is the "world’s longest Undersea Tunnel". Upon arrival at Aomori, visit Warasse Nebuta Festival Museum, dedicated to all aspects of the most energetic event in Aomori, “Nebuta Festival”. You will see Huge and Colorful floats actually used for festival. Then to Mt. Hakkoda which is renowned for its abundant snowfall. We will stay at a traditional mountain resort hotel surrounded by virgin forest with deep snow. Enjoy delicious Japanese Kaiseki Dinner in the evening. And soaking and Relaxing in the Hot Spring Bath! If you wish to, you will get a chance to visit Sukayu Onsen Hot spring that has over 300 years history. It famous “Sennin Buro” (1,000 people bath)” is made completely of Japanese cypress and equivalent in size to 160 tatami mats. (2 minutes by shuttle bus)

FEB. 09 (TUE) AOMORI HOTEL JAL CITY AOMORI
In the morning, ride 8,000 feet long Ropeway to summit station (4,344 ft height) of Mt. Hakkoda. The mountain famous for its deep snowfall. From the ropeway you will look down beautiful fantasy world of “Juhyo “(Snow Monster) which is numerous of trees covered by snow and ice resembles a Monster (Weather Permitting). These otherworldly shapes looming on the vast landscape are really amazing! Then enjoy driving along Oirase Stream, a picturesque mountain stream. You will be overwhelmed by the numerous snow-covered trees and frozen waterfalls. Then go to Aomori and our hotel, located in walking distance to Department Store. Enjoy shopping after hotel check in. At Dinner time enjoy Sukiyaki with Tsugaru Shamisen Show at restaurant near the hotel (10 minutes by bus).

FEB. 10 (WED) AOMORI HOTEL JAL CITY AOMORI
Head to Kanagi to enjoy some Japanese Winter Experiences. First put on Traditional Japanese Style Snow Shoes “Kanjiki” and try walking on the snow (those who wish to). Then ride on Stove Train operated only during winter season. This nostalgic train remains the style of olden days with coal fueled Daruma Stoves. In the train you can try grilling Cuttlefish with drinking Sake (Own expense) while viewing Tsugaru Plains in snow. And visit Tachinebuta Museum exhibits gigantic floats rise to some 72 ft. high which are carried around in a famous summer festival. Colorful and magnificent huge lantern floats with effigies of legendary heroes will astound you.

FEB. 11 (THU) YOKOHAMA YOKOHAMA BAY SHERATON HOTEL & TOWERS
Go to Aomori Airport to catch a Domestic Flight to Haneda Airport in Tokyo. Upon arrival, transfer to the bus to your hotel in Yokohama, 2nd largest city in Japan. After arrival at the hotel, FREE TIME to finish Shopping, Packing or just Rest. Hotel is connecting to Underground Shopping mall and easy walking distance to department store, big Electronic Store, ¥100 Yen Shop. Guide will take you around the hotel for Holo Holo and shopping.

FEB. 12 (FRI) YOKOHAMA YOKOHAMA BAY SHERATON HOTEL & TOWERS
Enjoy shopping at Yokohama Chuo Wholesale Market to buy Tsukemono, Umeboshi, etc. at a wholesale price. Later proceed to Tokyo to visit the former Iwasaki House and Garden. National Important Cultural Properties that features elaborate and elegant old wooden buildings that were the palatial home of the Iwasaki family (founding family of Mitsubishi companies) The subtle combination of Western and Japanese Styles in the building and the intriguing history behind the adoption of western manners and lifestyle by Japan’s elite during the Meiji Era (1868-1912) makes it worth to visit. And visit Ameyoko, one of Japan’s most popular shopping streets, filled with many discount stores carries all kinds of products include dried seafood, candies, clothes etc. After going back to the Hotel, FREE TIME to Finish Shopping, Packing or just rest. {LUNCH and DINNER will be At Your Own Expense}.

FEB. 13 (SAT) HONOLULU {ONLY BREAKFAST INCLUDED THIS DAY}
At checkout time our agent will come to tape & tie-up the boxes and take the baggage’s to be checked-in down. In the afternoon, go to Narita Airport to catch flight in the evening to Honolulu. Arrive in Honolulu the same morning, FEBRUARY 13 (SATURDAY)).

DOES NOT INCLUDE: AIRFARES, Individual expenses after termination of tour as stated in itinerary. Also, wine, liquor, mineral water, laundry and other items of personal nature, cost of obtaining passport and visa or other necessary documents.

BAGGAGE: Limited to (1) piece 50 lbs., and (1) hand-carry.

RESPONSIBILITY: The tour organizer or any travel agencies involved, act only as agents for the passengers in regards to travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services. The organizer/agency will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, however, occasioned, sustained, or suffered in or during any journey, trip, or tour, or in carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through it.

If the agency becomes aware that a passenger has a special chronic health problem, the agency shall ensure that it is provided with a letter from the passenger’s personal physician stating the nature of such health problem and certifying that the passenger is physically fit to participate in the tour. Also, in our endeavor to ensure congenial membership, we reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone and / or to expel from the tour, members whose conduct is incompatible with the interests of the tour. Further, we reserve the right to refuse the application of any handicapped passenger if it is determined that such passenger would impede the schedule of the tour and greatly inconvenience the majority of tour members. However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.

Baggage’s are at owner’s own risk. The right is reversed to make any necessary changes in tour if deemed advisable. Also, the airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers concerned.
