MAY 9 (WED) HONOLULU
Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via a Japan Airlines flight. Lunch and a Snack will be served aboard the flight. Free Movies and Drinks.

MAY 10 (THU) CENTRAIR AIRPORT, AICHI CENTRAIR HOTEL
Arrive at Centrair Int’l Airport and after clearing government formalities walk to the hotel connected to the Airport Terminal Building. After hotel check in, enjoy Holo-Holo at the Airport Terminal Building with many souvenir shops.

MAY 11 (FRI) YOKKAICHI YOKKAICHI MIYAKO HOTEL
Visit INAX Tile Museum built to convey the spirit of manufacturing culture of the area which has long history since 12th century. You can discover the various attractive features of tiles and learn the history of the world’s ceramics culture and the technology. Visit SCMAGLEV & Railway park, the railway museum which you can learn advances in Japanese high speed railways. It has an amazing collection of 39 actual trains including historic steam locomotives, Shinkansen bullet train, The latest magnetic levitating train (MAGLEV) etc. Its big train dioramas with miniature trains running through incredibly detailed recreations of town is also worth to see. Then go to Nabana-no sato Flower park, a huge theme park dedicated to many colorful flowers and trees. Roses and Spring flowers are blooming this time of season. Enjoy strolling through the park with beautiful flowers on display. Then to the hotel connecting to a shopping center with supermarket, 100 YEN shop, craft supply shop, etc. Enjoy shopping after check in.

MAY 12 (SAT) YOKKAICHI YOKKAICHI MIYAKO HOTEL
Head to Suzuka City Traditional Industries Museum, exhibiting representative work of traditional craft in Suzuka, Suzuka ink painting and Ise pattern paper. We’ll try our hand at making a bookmarker with traditional stencil paper pattern chiseling. Then go to Iga, one of two homelands of the legendary “Ninja”. You can discover many secrets of the Iga-ryu Ninja at the Ninja Museum. It offers a glimpse into the life of Ninja & their skills. See a real Ninja house with fake hallways, revolving walls, trap doors, etc., and watch an interesting live Ninja show. Later visit Yono park where 15,000 azaleas grow wild in huge park. If timing is right, park will be filled with colorful azaleas. It is the best azalea viewing spot in Kansai region.

MAY 13 (SUN) SHIMA QUINTESSA HOTEL ISE SHIMA
Visit the old post town of Seki-juku designated as National Historical District and the only remaining historical inn district along Tokaido road. About 200 ancient old settlement houses flourished during Edo period (1603~1868) still remain in town. You may feel like you are traveling back to the Edo period when you walk around the beautiful old town. Then go to Kii Peninsula renowned for the spectacular Ise Shima National park. Visit Ise grand shrine’s Sengukan Museum exhibits models of the main Outer Shrine building and giving you explanations of the ritual reconstruction that takes place every twenty years. And visit Meoto Iwa (Wedded rocks). Two sacred rocks represents husband and wife are connected by a rope which acts as the division between the spiritual and earthly realms. Then go to the hotel. Enjoy soaking in a big public bath (Sorry Not Onsen Hot spring bath).

MAY 14 (MON) SHIMA QUINTESSA HOTEL ISE SHIMA
Go to Ise grand shrine the largest and most sacred shrine in Japan. It is believed to have been established over 2000 years ago. When you walk a path leads to main building amid a dense forest of giant cryptomeria trees, you will feel Japanese sacredness worshippers have felt since olden times. Then visit Okage Yokocho Shopping alley in front of shrine which create an atmosphere of the Edo period. You can experience the flavor of old shops, regional specialties, history and customs while strolling around and shopping. Visit Mikimoto Pearl Island where the world's first cultivated pearl was succeeded in 1893. Pearl Museum provides detailed explanations about pearls and the cultivation of pearls. You can view & purchase a wide variety of pearl jewelry. Visit Ishigami shrine known as a shrine that grants 1 wish for women. Female divers in this area have prayed for safety diving and a good catch. Female TV stars and athletes who had won a gold medal at the Olympic games coming to this Shrine continuously. Please narrow your wishes down to only 1 before visiting this shrine!

MAY 15 (TUE) KUSHIMOTO KUSHIMOTO ROYAL HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Kumano Kodo is an ancient Buddhist pilgrimage road running through the Kii Mountain range. It's one of only two pilgrimages in the world registered as World Heritage Site. Visit Kumano Kodo center. History and culture of sacred places and pilgrimage routes are effectively introduced by video, presenting replicas and pictures. Then head to Kushimoto to see Hashikui Iwa Rocks. Many sizes of over 40 strange shaped rocks are rising up in a row about half a mile. Such strange spectacle as if the supports of a bridge designated as National Natural Treasure. We stay Onsen resort hotel located in southernmost of Kii Peninsula. Enjoy soaking and relaxing Onsen Hot Spring baths and Open air baths overlooking beautiful Pacific Ocean.

MAY 16 (WED) KUSHIMOTO KUSHIMOTO ROYAL HOTEL (ONSEN) ♨
Visit World’s largest Whale Museum in Taiji. About 1,000 precious materials regarding the life of whales and whaling are displayed. A 50 Ft Bowhead whale is suspended from the ceiling. You can also enjoy an Aquarium, Dolphin & Pilot whale show, etc. Later head to Nachi, one of three ancient sanctuaries in Kumano. If you wish to you can take short trail at a part of Kumano-Kodo pilgrimage routes. For over 1000 years Japanese people have made the arduous pilgrimage to Kumano. These pilgrims used a network of routes (Kumano Kodo). Walking ancient pilgrimage route is a fantastic way to experience the unique cultural landscape of Kumano's spiritual countryside. And visit World Heritage site Nachi Waterfall. Japan’s highest waterfall with 400ft drop. Harmony created by a great waterfall & mystic primeval forests is completely amazing. Enjoy Hot Spring & Open air baths!

MAY 17 (THU) SHIRAHAMA KAGANOI RESORT & SPA (ONSEN) ♨
Go to Kushimoto Marine Park, located in southern-most point of Honshu (Mainland of Japan). Visit its Aquarium with Underwater Observation Tower. It’s excellent chance to have a close encounter with this rare and beautiful underwater world with colorful tropical fishes, the World’s northern-most coral reef ecosystem, etc. Then head to Shirahama, established a goodwill sister beach relationship with Waikiki beach. We will visit highlight sightseeing places of natural beauty in Shirahama. Go to its symbol Engetsu Island, a particular rock isle with a full moon-like hole in the middle. And Senjojiki Rock Plateau, a spacious horizontally multi-tiered rocks looks like a thousand Tatami mat. Sandanheki (three-tiered wall) cliff, with 200 Ft high precipitous rock walls drop away vertiginously into the sea. And Heisogen Observatory, a refreshing park on the hill with a commanding view of Shirahama. Also visit Seafood chips factory It is famous local specialty in the area. You can sample many varieties of flavor and buy fresh chips. Then to resort hotel faces pacific ocean. Enjoy Hot Spring bath & Open air bath with beautiful ocean view.

MAY 18 (FRI) SHIRAHAMA KAGANOI RESORT & SPA (ONSEN) ♨
Visit Adventure world. A mega theme park with a Zoo, Aquarium and Amusement park which was awarded #1 popular destination of Zoo and Aquarium in Japan by Trip Advisor in 2015. The main feature is Panda Land, where you can get very close to the Panda! This is one of only 3 places where they have Giant Panda in Japan! You will also see Lion, Giraffe, Cheetah, Zebra, etc., as they are in Safari land, Fabulous sea lion and dolphin shows, See closely Chimpanzee, Hippopotamus, etc. Later visit Ume-boshi (Pickled plum) factory. This area is known as the place producing the Best Ume-boshi in Japan. Kishu Ume-boshi is the most popular of its kind. It will be good chance to buy World’s famous Kishu Ume-boshi and Ume sake that you can taste different flavors for souvenir.

MAY 19 (SAT) SAKAI, OSAKA HOTEL AGORA REGENCY SAKAI
Proceed to Yuasa claims to be the birthplace of soy sauce. Visit Shoyu Factory to see all the process of making local Shoyu and its history started in 1881. You can purchase their products with many varieties. Later visit Naniwa Sake brewery founded in 1716 and is a five-time gold medal winner at Japan’s most acknowledged sake competition. See the process of making Sake and try tasting their products. You can buy not only Sake but Rice cracker, Nori seaweed, etc. Then go to Danjiri festival Museum. This festival is considered to be one of the wildest and roughest festivals in Japan. We will watch video with vigorous visual sound. It gives you the sensation of the Danjiri Festival, a tradition ongoing for 300 years. Later proceed to Sakai and our hotel located close to train station and shopping area. After hotel check in, we will take you to holo holo and shopping.

MAY 20 (SUN) SAKAI, OSAKA HOTEL AGORA REGENCY SAKAI
Go to Kudoyama where Sanada Yukimura, the last great Samurai in the Warring States period, and his father Masayuki were exiled. The story was appeared on TV Drama Sanada maru. Visit Sanada-an temple where Yukimura and Masayuki stayed 14 years after the battle of Sekigahara. Its Sanada Museum holds spearhead, armor, etc., that Yukimara used. Later enjoy shopping and lunch at Aeon Shopping Mall before going back to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, Free time to continue shopping, packing or just rest.

At checkout time we will come around to tape & tie-up the boxes and take the baggage to be checked-in down. Proceed to Kansai Airport to catch flight in the evening to Honolulu. Arrive in Honolulu the same morning, May 21 (Mon) After clearing U.S. Customs, proceed home. (Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense.) Clients remaining back will be assisted in obtaining train, plane and hotel reservations. Members may return to Honolulu individually, but no later than 3 months from day of departure. However, if a handicapped passenger accepted for the tour requires any form of special assistance, he/she must be accompanied by a qualified helper who takes total responsibility for the handicapped passenger’s well being.
