MAY 18 (THU) HONOLULU,

Leave Honolulu Int’l Airport via Korean Airlines flight. Lunch and Dinner will be served aboard the flight. Complimentary Movies and Drinks on the flight.

MAY 19 (FRI) INCHEON,

HYATT REGENCY INCHEON HOTEL

Arrive at Incheon, South Korea. After clearing entry formalities at Incheon Int’l Airport, tour guide will take us to the beautiful Hyatt Regency Incheon Hotel.

MAY 20 (SAT) INCHEON/JEONJU,

JEONJU LAHAN HOTEL

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Check out and proceed to Jeonju and tour around Jeonju Hanok Village and Gyeongijeon Shrine, Pungnammun Gate, etc. Then go to the hotel in Jeonju. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT & KOREAN DINNER BEFORE RETURNING JEONJU LAHAN HOTEL.

MAY 21 (SUN) JEONJU/DAMYANG/YEOSU,

HOTEL SHILLA STAY YEOSU

AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. After breakfast, we will check out and transfer to Damyang. Tour around Juknokwon Bamboo Garden and Bamboo Museum. Transfer to Gangjin to visit Goryeo Celadon Museum. Later proceed to Yeosu for the next 2 night stay. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND BUFFET DINNER AT OUR HOTEL IN YEOSU.

MAY 22 (MON) GANGJIN/BOSUNG/SUNCHEON/YEOSU,

HOTEL SHILLA STAY YEOSU

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Transfer to Bosung and visit the Green Tea Plantation. Then to Suncheon to visit Naganeupseong Folk village. Later return to the hotel in Yeosu. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND BUFFET DINNER AT OUR HOTEL IN YEOSU.

MAY 23 (TUE) YEOSU/NAMHAE,

ANATI NAMHAE RESORT

AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Check out and take a morning Yeosu Tour including Odongdo Island and “EXPO PARK and Marine Cable-car.” Proceed to Namhae crossing the Namhae Bridge and enjoy a tour including Daraengi Terraced Rice Paddy Fields. Then go to the hotel in Namhae. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND DINNER AT ANANTI NAMHAE RESORT HOTEL RESTAURANT.

MAY 24 (WED) NAMHAE/TONGYEONG/GEOJE/BUSAN,

HOTEL LOTTE BUSAN

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Proceed to Tongyeong for a “Gondola ride” to the top of Mt. Mireuk for a bird’s eye view across Halyeon National Sea Park. Experience the opportunity to cross the famous Geoga Grand Bridge all the way to Busan from Geoje Island “instead of a 3 hour bus ride from Geoje to Busan”. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND BUFFET DINNER AT HOTEL LOTTE BUSAN RESTAURANT.

MAY 25 (THU) BUSAN/JEJU,

HOTEL LOTTE JEJU

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Half Day Busan Sightseeing Tour including Mt. Yongdusan Park, Jagalchi Fishery Market, etc. Later transfer to Gimhae Airport and fly to Jeju by a domestic flight. Jeju Island is the largest island in Korea, famous for its charming scenic beauty and the blessed mild weather all year round. Upon arrival at Jeju Int’l Airport, we will have a brief Jeju Sightseeing Tour including Yongduam Rock, etc. Then go to the hotel. LUNCH AT LOCAL RESTAURANT AND BUFFET DINNER AT HOTEL LOTTE JEJU RESTAURANT.

MAY 26 (FRI) JEJU,

HOTEL LOTTE JEJU

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Full Day Jeju Sightseeing Tour including Spirited Garden, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, Columnar Jointing, Oedolgae and so on. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND BUFFET DINNER AT HOTEL LOTTE JEJU RESTAURANT.

MAY 27 (SAT) JEJU/SEOUL,

HOTEL LOTTE SEOUL

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. After breakfast, we will check out and transfer to Jeju Airport and fly to Seoul by a domestic flight. Today at last, we transfer for bustling Seoul, the Capital of South Korea. Upon arrival at Gimpo Airport, transfer to downtown Seoul. Afternoon at leisure to explore around the hotel area or just rest. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT BUT DINNER AT WILL BE ON YOUR OWN TONIGHT TO LET YOU EAT YOUR FAVORITE DISHES BEFORE RETURNING HOME. WE WILL SHOW EVERYONE THE FOOD COURT AT LOTTE DEPARTMENT STORE CONNECTED TO OUR HOTEL.

MAY 28 (SUN) SEOUL,

HOTEL LOTTE SEOUL

AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. SEOUL CITY TOUR including the popular Gyeongbok Palace & Folklore Museum, the Blue House (Korea’s White House), Insadong, East Gate Open Market and go to the 63 City Building to get a birds eye view from the observation deck, etc., before returning to our deluxe hotel. LUNCH AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND BUFFET DINNER AT OUR HOTEL.

MAY 29 (MON) SEOUL/HONOLULU

AMERICAN BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. Morning at leisure, last chance to shop! Proceed to Inchon Int’l Airport for your flight home. DINNER ON THE FLIGHT TO HONOLULU FROM KOREA. Arrive in Honolulu the same morning, MAY 29, 2023 (MONDAY). After clearing U.S. Customs, proceed home.

*Please remember that this tour stays in just about the best hotel in each city and almost all the dinners and breakfasts are buffets in the hotel. Korean Airlines flies directly to Incheon. Itinerary may be subject to change. Thank You Very Much!

JAPAN & INTERNATIONAL TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The tour price is based on double occupancy and a minimum group size of 20 passengers. Fare adjustment may apply for groups of 20 or under. Tour fare is subject change according to any air fare increase and fluctuation of the rate of exchange between U.S. and foreign currency. In the event of revaluation, the land portion of the tour price may be adjusted prior to your final statement.

TOUR FARE INCLUDES: Round trip air transportation on economy class (APEX fare), best available hotels or inns, steamers, reserved rail and bus transportation, meals as indicated in the itinerary, transfer of baggage’s, and affiliated agencies, and tips to all hotel maids, porters, and train attendants. The tour fare also includes U.S. Departure tax and U.S. customs user fee.

AIR TRANSPORTATION: APEX (Advance Purchase Excursion) air fare has a minimum stay of 6 days / maximum stay of 6 months. Excursion fare tickets must be issued 7 days before departure and any changes after issue will require a minimum service charge of U.S. $100.00. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-transferable and refund must be processed through issuing agent. Airfares are based on tariffs as of July 2009 and subject to change if tariffs are changed prior to actual booking or departure.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION: $100.00 deposit is required at time of booking. Final billing will be made approximately 45 days before departure. Deposit is refundable in full if cancellation is made 45 days or more before departure. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days before scheduled departure, deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of departure, a minimum of $500.00 cancellation charge will be assessed.

TRAVEL AWARDS: Travel awards or free air passage may be used, but may be subject to a surcharge.

ROOM ACCOMODATIONS: Tour fare based on two persons to a room at hotels and inns. Single rooms will be made available at an extra charge.

BAGGAGE: Limited to one piece of baggage per person. Excess baggage at additional cost to passenger. Baggage is at owners own risk. We assume no liability for loss or damage.

FARES DO NOT INCLUDE: Passport and visa fees, foreign airport taxes, laundry services, liquors, and other expenses of personal nature.

RESPONSIBILITY: Tohoku Travel Service, Inc., as tour organizer, acts only as an agent for the passenger in regards to travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services and assumes no liability for sickness, injury, accident, delay or irregularity through the acts of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangement of the tour. The right is reserved to make any necessary changes in the itinerary or to withdraw the tour if deemed advisable. The right is further reserved to refuse to accept or retain as a tour member any individual whose act or conduct is judged detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, comfort, harmony or well being of the group as a whole. An appropriate refund will be made if such incident should occur.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: group travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption available at extra cost.

SURCHARGE FOR YEAR 2023

TOUR MEMBERS NOT PURCHASING THEIR AIRLINE TICKETS THROUGH TOHOKU TRAVEL SERVICE, INC. WILL BE ASSESSED A $225.00 PER PERSON SURCHARGE. SHOULD YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE TOUR GROUP’S ARRIVAL TIME, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL. SAME GOES FOR DEPARTURES FROM JAPAN, IF YOUR FLIGHTS LEAVES EARLIER THAN THE TOUR GROUP’S, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN WAY TO THE AIRPORT.

THE TOUR AIRFARE PORTION WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOUR PACKAGE COST. THANK YOU!
