TOUR ITINERARY

MAR. 28 (FRI) HONOLULU

Leave Honolulu International Airport on Delta Airlines flight #7938 to Inchon International Airport. Dinner will be served aboard the flight, and there will be Complimentary Movies and Drinks.

MAR. 29 (SAT) BUSAN                                                                                                  HOTEL BUSAN LOTTE

After arriving at Inchon International Airport, we must clear government formalities to transfer to our connecting Delta Airline Flight #7877 to Busan Gimhae International Airport. A snack will be served on our flight. After gathering our luggage, our tour guide will take us to our bus, and we will go to the beautiful Lotte Hotel Busan, a 45-minute ride.

MAR. 30 (SUN) BUSAN                                                                                                  HOTEL BUSAN LOTTE

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. Full-day Busan Sightseeing Tour. Our Busan City Tour will include Mt. Yongdu Park and the U.N. Cemetery, the only examples remaining today. Jagalchi Fishery Market is where you can smell and taste the life of Busan. This is the largest fish market in Korea, specializing in raw fish and shellfish. It is an excellent place to buy dried seafood pupus, Haedong Yonggungsa Seashore Temple Park, etc. We will enjoy a buffet dinner at Hotel Busan Lotte.

MAR. 31 (MON) BUSAN/JEJU                                                                                     HOTEL JEJU LOTTE

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. After breakfast, we will transfer to Gimhae Airport and fly to Jeju by domestic flight. Jeju Island is the largest island in Korea, famous for its charming scenic beauty and the blessed mild weather all year round. Upon arrival at Jeju International Airport, we will have a half-day Jeju Sightseeing Tour, including Yongduam Rock (a symbol of Jeju) and the famous Glass Museum. Later, we will transfer to our hotel in southern Jeju for two nights. We will enjoy a buffet dinner at this hotel. Our hotel is considered one of the best in Korea.

APR. 01 (TUE) JEJU                                                                                                       HOTEL JEJU LOTTE

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. After breakfast, we will go on a Full Day Jeju Sightseeing Tour, including Spirited Garden {Bunjae Artpia}, the only bonsai cultivating garden in Korea, Cheonjiyeon Water Fall, Seongsan Sunrise Peak, Columnar Jointing, Oedolgae and so on before returning to the hotel. Jeju is also known for its beautiful cherry blossoms, lady divers, and a honeymoon destination. We will enjoy a buffet dinner at this hotel.

APR. 02 (WED) JEJU/BUSAN/GIMHAE AIRPORT/GYEONGJU                         HOTEL LAHAN SELECT

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. After breakfast, we have free time until we fly back to Busan Gimhae Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to Gyeongju, which served as the capital of the Silla Kingdom for about a thousand years and was designated as One of the World’s Ten Most Historically Significant Sites by UNESCO in 1995, the entire city of Gyeonju itself is called “a museum without walls,” which is filled with numerous historic relics including the eminent temples weathered stone pagodas, massive royal tombs and palace sites. Then, we proceeded to our hotel for the next two nights. Gyeongju is one of the best places to view cherry blossoms in Korea. Before arriving at our hotel, we will enjoy strawberry picking at a local farm. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. We will enjoy a buffet dinner at this hotel.

APR. 03 (THU) GYEONGJU                                                                                         HOTEL LAHAN SELECT

The hotel offers a Western and Korean breakfast buffet. The full-day Gyeongju Sightseeing Tour includes Bulguk Temple, the National Museum, Tumuli Park, and the Cheomseongdae Astronomical Observatory Tower. We will have lunch at a local restaurant and enjoy a buffet dinner at this hotel.

APR. 04 (FRI) GYEONGJU/SEOUL                                                                            HOTEL LOTTE SEOUL

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. Today, we finally transfer to bustling Seoul, the Capital of South Korea. Later, upon arrival in Seoul, we will go up to the observatory of the 63 City Building for a bird’s eye view across the metropolitan city and the Han River of Seoul. Check in to our deluxe hotel for the next four nights. Hotel Lotte Seoul. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. We will enjoy a buffet dinner at this hotel.

APR. 05 (SAT) SEOUL/PAJU/SEOUL                                                                         HOTEL LOTTE SEOUL

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the HOTEL. Full-day Sightseeing Tour. Visit Paju to visit Mt. Odu Observatory (DMZ); Odusan Observatory is nestled on a high range of this northernmost tip of South Korea, 118 meters above sea level, at a strategically important position in the nation’s Western Frontier Area. After lunch, afternoon Seoul City Tour to Gyeongbok Palace and Folklore Museum, Blue House, East Gate Open Market, etc. Then return to the hotel. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Tonight’s dinner will be on your own.

APR. 06 (SUN) SEOUL/YONGIN/SUWON/SEOUL                                                   HOTEL LOTTE SEOUL

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Korean Folk Village, which offers a unique glimpse into Korea’s past. Take a guided tour to see potters, pipe-makers, and other craftsmen at work, just like they did in the olden times. After lunch, transfer to Suwon City to visit KBS T.V. Studio, which will allow you to experience the vivid feeling you get from some Korean T.V. shows. Then go back to the hotel. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy a buffet dinner at tonight’s hotel.

APR. 07 (MON) SEOUL                                                                                                  HOTEL LOTTE SEOUL

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. FREE DAY to shop for the many bargains you can find in Itaewon, Myong Dong, South Gate Open Market, or take an optional tour. Lunch will be on your own today, so you can eat your favorite foods before returning home and enjoy a buffet dinner at tonight’s hotel.

APR. 08 (TUE) SEOUL/HONOLULU

Western and Korean breakfast buffet at the hotel. This morning, at your leisure, is your last chance to shop! We will proceed to Inchon International Airport for our flight home. Dinner will be on Delta Airline flight #7939 back to Honolulu. We will return to Honolulu the same morning, APRIL 08, 2025 (TUESDAY). After clearing U.S. Customs, proceed home.

KOREA TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The tour price is based on double occupancy and a minimum group size of 20 passengers. Fare adjustment may apply to groups of 20 or under. Tour costs are subject to change according to any airfare increase and fluctuation of the exchange rate between U.S. and foreign currency. In the event of revaluation, the land portion of the tour price may be adjusted before your final statement.

TOUR COST: The land portion only. Airfare costs are separate costs. Best available hotels or inns, steamers, reserved rail and bus transportation, meals as indicated in the itinerary, transfer of baggage and affiliated agencies, and tips to all hotel maids, porters, and train attendants.

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Is separate that the airline Fuel Surcharge for group economy booking will determine the Land cost and Final cost of airfare. If you require business class or premium economy seats, please call Tohoku Travel’s office for pricing, as these sell out fast.

BAGGAGE: Limited to one piece of baggage per person. Excess baggage at additional cost to passengers. Baggage is at the owner’s own risk. We assume no liability for loss or damage.

SURCHARGE FOR THE YEAR 2025

You are allowed to make your own flight arrangements. You'll need to find transportation to our hotel if you arrive after the tour group. This will be the same for departures if your flight leaves earlier than the groups. You will be responsible for getting to the airport.

ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS: The tour fare is based on two people sharing a room at hotels and inns. Single rooms will be available at an extra charge.

FARES DO NOT INCLUDE Passport and visa fees, foreign airport taxes, laundry services, liquors, and other expenses of a personal nature.

RESPONSIBILITY: Tohoku Travel Services, as tour organizer, acts only as an agent for the passenger regarding travel, sightseeing, hotel and meal arrangements, and other tour services and assumes no liability for sickness, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity through the acts of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangement of the tour. The right is reserved to make any necessary changes in the itinerary or to withdraw the tour if deemed advisable. The right is further reserved to refuse to accept or retain as a tour member any individual whose act or conduct is judged detrimental to or incompatible with the group's interest, comfort, harmony, or well-being.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption is available at extra cost.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION: A $250.00 per person deposit is required when booking. Final billing will be made approximately 45 days before departure. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 70 days or more before departure. If cancellation occurs between 70 to 45 days before scheduled departure, the deposit(s) will be forfeited, plus a $1,500 per person cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs between 44 to 01 days before scheduled departure, the deposit(s) will be forfeited plus a $1,800 per person cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs on the day of departure, there will be no refund.

LAND TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY PER PERSON:

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $250.00 per person is required at tour sign-up. This deposit will be applied to the full payment.
