MAR. 27 (SAT) HONOLULU
Depart from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on your flight to Japan. A meal and light snack will be served aboard the flight, along with complimentary beverages and in-flight entertainment, including movies.
MAR 30 (TUE) KAWASAKI,
HOTEL METROPOLITAN KAWASAKI
Arrive at Haneda International Airport and after clearing government formalities, transfer by bus to Kawasaki, the third largest city in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We will stay two nights at hotel in very convenient location. Easy walking distance to Kawasaki rail station and shopping complexes including the huge Lazona Shopping mall with over 300 shops and restaurants.

“The Golden Route of Japan” is one of the most popular and ideal routes for first-time travelers. This journey offers a wonderful introduction to Japan through a beautiful balance of modern cityscapes, historical landmarks, natural scenery, and cultural experiences. Each city has its own unique character, allowing you to discover the many different sides of amazing Japan. We will begin in Tokyo, where you can experience the exciting energy and vibrant atmosphere. In the morning, we will enjoy a scenic Sumida River Cruise, offering views of Tokyo from the water. Along the way, we will see the Japanese capital’s famous landmark, Tokyo Skytree, standing proudly at 2,080 feet, rising above the Tokyo skyline. If the timing is right, we may also be able to enjoy the lovely sight of Sakura cherry blossoms along the riverside. Afterward, we will visit Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s most popular sightseeing areas, known for its historic charm and old downtown atmosphere. We will visit Sensoji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest temple, originally built in the 7th century. You will also have time to walk through and shop along Nakamise Shopping Street, a lively street lined with traditional souvenir shops and food stalls. The area begins at the famous Kaminarimon Gate, known for its large red lantern and beloved as one of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks. Later, we will head to the Imperial Palace, located on the former site of Edo Castle. We will visit the Outer Garden to see Nijubashi Bridge, one of Tokyo’s most famous bridges and a symbolic entrance to the Imperial Palace, the main residence of the Imperial Family. After returning to the hotel, enjoy free time to shop and explore the surrounding area at your leisure.
APR 1 (THU) NARUSAWA VILLAGE,

We will head to Lake Kawaguchi, one of the most popular areas near Mt. Fuji and a destination that has attracted worldwide attention for its beautiful scenery with amazing close-up views of Mt. Fuji (Weather permitting). We will visit Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center, where you can learn about the outstanding universal value of Mt. Fuji, including its natural ecosystem, cultural history, and spiritual importance as the “Symbol of Japan.” You can also shop for Mt. Fuji-related merchandise at the gift shop. We will enjoy Yamanashi prefecture’s famous local food of Hoto Nabe (Flat noodles and vegetables in Miso hot pot) for our lunch. Afterward, we will go to Lake Sai, one of the Mt. Fuji Five lakes, located at the northern base of Mt. Fuji. We will explore Saiko Iyashino Sato Village, a beautifully restored traditional village with thatched-roof houses and a nostalgic old-Japan atmosphere. While strolling through the village, you may enjoy stunning views of Mt. Fuji framed between the traditional farmhouses, weather permitting. We will stay at very calm resort hotel which is located at the foot of Mt. Fuji and surrounded by natural forest. It will be a good chance to enjoy a relaxing soak in Onsen Hot Spring bath.
APR 2 (FRI) NAGOYA,

Go to Shizuoka Prefecture that is known to be “Kingdom of Japanese Strawberry” Its quality and taste are highly prized as one of the best strawberries in the world. We will have fun with seasonal Strawberry Picking. You will be able to taste fresh and sweet Shizuoka Strawberries as many as you like! Shizuoka is also known for the biggest producer of Green Tea that is praised as one of the Three Great Teas in Japan. We will visit Kadode Ooigawa, Japanese tea and agriculture theme park where you can encounter Shizuoka Green Tea. We will enjoy “Brew It Yourself ” Green Tea Experience. You can choose from 16 varieties of Green Tea and try pouring and drink with instructor showing us the best way to do. Also enjoy shopping for tea and other tea products and try genuine green tea ice cream! Later visit the Toyota-kaikan Museum located next to the headquarter of TOYOTA, Japan's leading car manufacturer. You can experience the “Now” of Toyota with many displays of environmental and safety technologies, car manufacturing and approximately twenty major models of Toyota and Lexus including the new models. It’s fun to visit the museum shop which has a full lineup of automobile-related merchandise. Later, we will continue to Nagoya, Japan’s fourth-largest city, known for its historical landmarks, delicious local cuisine, and traditional culture. We will stay at a soaring tower hotel conveniently located near the train station, shopping mall, and supermarket, giving you a wonderful opportunity to enjoy shopping even after dinner.
APR 3 (SAT) KYOTO,
HOTEL & SPA KYOTO EMINENCE (ONSEN) ♨
We’ll visit Nagoya’s number one landmark Nagoya Castle, including its beautifully restored Honmaru palace, originally built for the Tokugawa Shoguns in 1615. Although it was lost during World War II, the palace was carefully restored using traditional methods to recreate its original beauty. Once praised as one of the most elegant and gorgeous castle palaces ever built, Honmaru Palace allows you to walk through rooms filled with ornate decorations, beautiful painted screens, and the atmosphere of a powerful feudal lord’s residence. If the timing is right, we may also enjoy lovely Sakura Cherry blossoms along the castle moat. Then we will head to Nabanano-sato Flower Park. You can stroll through a large flower garden filled with beautiful seasonal blooms, including tulips, cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, and more, depending on the timing. Then go to Shigaraki Tanuki (raccoon dog) village. Home of famous Shigaraki pottery, one of the six oldest potteries in Japan with a 750 years history. Main feature is Raccoon dog pottery considered to promise you success for business and protection from accident. Afterward, we will continue to Kyoto known for its timeless beauty and often praised as one of the most beautiful cities in Japan. We’ll stay for two nights at a hotel with an Onsen facility. Takashimaya Department Store is located right next to the hotel, giving you a wonderful chance to enjoy shopping and relax in the Onsen Hot Spring bath after hotel check-in.

Enjoy a sightseeing tour in Kyoto, the former imperial capital of Japan for over 1,100 years. Kyoto is renowned for its rich history, beautiful temples and shrines, traditional culture, and elegant atmosphere. Throughout the city, you will experience a distinctive blend of old and new Japan, where timeless traditions and modern life coexist. First, we will visit one of Kyoto’s most famous symbols, Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion. This breathtaking temple is beautifully situated beside a reflecting pond, creating one of Kyoto’s most iconic and unforgettable views. Then, visit Kyoto Gyoen National Garden, which was a residential district for imperial families and court nobles for 500 years. The park has a hanging cherry tree grove that is one of Kyoto’s most spectacular Sakura cherry blossom viewing places. Afterward, enjoy shopping at the Kyoto Handicraft Center, which offers beautifully crafted Kyoto specialty goods, traditional items and unique souvenirs. Then go to Suntory Whisky Yamazaki Distillery, producing Suntory's flagship line of Yamazaki whiskies. Japanese whisky has been winning all the major international awards and Japan is considered to be one of the best whisky producers in the world. Especially Yamazaki whiskey is the world-renowned as the first Japanese Whisky to be awarded the gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge in 2003. (At the moment mainly the Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky without an age statement is available).
APR 5 (MON) AWAJI ISLAND,
GRAND MERCURE AWAJI ISLAND RESORT & SPA (ONSEN) ♨
In the morning, we will visit Ogurasanso Rice Cracker shop, a long-established confectionery shop specializing in rice crackers. One of their signature items is a rice cracker assortment wrapped in packaging designed the beauty of Japan’s four seasons. Each cracker is carefully made in the traditional way with a truly distinctive Kyoto style. Their retail shops in department store are always crowded with customers waiting in line to purchase sensebi (rice cracker), okaki and arare. Then head to Nada, Japan’s biggest Sake producing area and home of one of three great Sake producing areas in Japan. We will visit one of the best-known Sake brands in Japan "Hakushika Sake Brewery" to enjoy the fine taste of the famous Nada Sake. This will be a good chance to learn about Sake, enjoy shopping and Sake tasting. Later we will cross the world’s 2nd longest suspension bridge (6,532ft) Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to Awaji Island which is blessed with abundant nature and fantastic local food products. We will stop at Awaji Highway Oasis a big shopping area where you can buy most of major local specialties in the area. Then visit Hokudan Earthquake Memorial Park commemorating the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995. Its museum displays the devastation caused by the earthquake. It has preserved a long, horizontal section of the fault line. This is exactly as it was in the aftermath of the earthquake. We will stay at upscale Resort hotel sits on the coastline close to the spectacular Naruto Strait. Enjoy a relaxing soak at the Onsen Hot Spring bath.
APR 6 (TUE) TAKAMATSU,

We will travel to Shikoku, one of the four main islands of Japan. Shikoku island is proud of beautiful sceneries crated by seas, mountains and rivers, delicious food, traditional culture, and a long and fascinating history. We will visit Deko-Ningyo (Japanese wooden puppet) Museum. We will meet Mr. Ningyo Ken, a master craftsman of traditional wooden puppet. He will explain its inventive mechanism and the process of making this outstanding Japanese art dating back over 400 years. Then we will enjoy watching Awa Odori Dance Show, one of Japan's most famous Summer festivals which has a 400-year history. We will see the elegant and bold dance performance by local dancers. They took part in the Honolulu Festival in 2026. Afterward, we will head to Takamatsu central city in Shikoku. We will visit Ritsurin Garden considered as the most beautiful historical garden in Shikoku. It's skillfully laid out to harmonize with 320 Cherry trees and 1,400 magnificent Pine trees that has been maintained for 400 years. If timing is right Cherry Blossoms are blooming in the garden. Our hotel is located close to train station and ferry port. After hotel check in, tour guide will take you Holo Holo around the hotel.
APR 7 (WED) OKAYAMA,
HOTEL GRANVIA OKAYAMA
We will visit the Shikoku Mura Museum, an open air museum made up of 33 restored historic buildings relocated here from all over Shikoku island. You can stroll around the pleasant hillside park with a number of farmhouses and storehouse which mainly date from the Edo and Meiji periods. The scenery of old Japan and old Shikoku will calm your heart. Today’s lunch will be Sanuki Udon noodle, Japan’s most famous udon noodle from Kagawa Prefecture. It’s characterized by its firm and chewy texture that will give you unique sensations. Afterward, we will cross the 7.6-Mile-long “Great Seto Bridge,” a series of suspension bridges joining Shikoku and Honshu (Japan’s Main island) while viewing the magnificent scenery of Seto Inland Sea National Park. We will go to Kurashiki, often called the “Venice of Japan” for its beautifully preserved historic townscape and picturesque canals. We will visit Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, where you can enjoy a nostalgic townscape of 400-year-old Japanese-style storehouses, white walls, willow-lined canals, and the graceful atmosphere of old Japan. Later proceed to Okayama which is nicknamed the “Land of Sunshine” because of the fewest number of rainy days in Japan. And known for the home of the popular folkloric hero Momotaro or Peach Boy. Our hotel is connecting to Okayama train station and across Aeon Shopping Mall where you can enjoy shopping after hotel check-in.
APR 8 (THU) HIROSHIMA,

This morning we will travel to Hiroshima, a major city in western Japan, aboard the world-famous Shinkansen bullet train. Enjoy the exciting experience of riding Japan’s high-speed bullet train, reaching speeds of up to 198 mph. Upon arrival at Hiroshima station, we will transfer by bus to Iwakuni in Yamaguchi prefecture to see the famous Kintai Bridge originally built in 1673. This beautiful wooden arched bridge has long been praised as one of Japan's three most beautiful bridges. As you walk across this iconic structure, you can admire the craftsmanship of what is considered the world’s largest wooden bridge. If the timing is right, you may also enjoy the lovely sight of approximately 3,000 Sakura Cherry Blossoms blooming along the riverbanks, depending on the climate that year. Then go back to Hiroshima to visit Peace Park and see the World Cultural Heritage site Atomic Bomb Dome. You can walk through the peaceful riverside park, which features many meaningful memorials, including the Peace Bell, cenotaphs, and the Flame of Peace. We will also visit the Peace Memorial Museum. an important museum that shares the history and lasting message of the first atomic bombing. We will stay for two nights at a hotel in the center of downtown area of Hiroshima and next to department store. After hotel check-in, tour guides will take you to shopping area near the hotel.
APR 9 (FRI) HIROSHIMA,

Visit one of Japan’s most beloved sightseeing destinations, Miyajima Island and the beautiful, sacred Itsukushima Shrine where you can experience one of Japan’s most iconic and spiritual views. Miyajima is celebrated as one of Japan’s Three Most Scenic Views, and Itsukushima Shrine is also recognized as a World Cultural Heritage Site. Originally built over 1,400 years ago, the shrine is famous for its brilliantly colored pavilions and the world-renowned “floating shrine,” which appears to drift on the sea during high tide. You will also have fun strolling and shopping along Omote sando street lined with shops selling traditional Miyajima souvenirs and Miyajima’s specialty delicacies such as grilled oyster, freshly baked Momiji Manju, etc. Later visit Youme Town Shopping Mall to enjoy shopping and lunch. (Lunch & Dinner will be at your own expense)
APR 10 (SAT) HIROSHIMA / HANEDA / HONOLULU
At check-out time our agent will come to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage to be checked-in down. Proceed by bus to Hiroshima Airport to catch a domestic flight to Haneda airport. Then catch an International flight in the evening to Honolulu. Arrive in Honolulu the same morning, April 10 (Saturday). After clearing U.S. Customs, proceed home. (Lunch & Dinner will be at your own expense)
